SIDWELL’S PROPOSAL COULD DESTROY CARLY SPENCER AS WYNDEMERE’S DANGERS CLOSE IN ON GENERAL HOSPITAL

TL;DR: Carly Spencer returns to Wyndemere to hear Sidwell’s proposal on General Hospital — but with Brennan’s boss secretly working for the enemy, Britt and Lucas in danger, and Jason about to leave town, Carly may be volunteering as bait in the most dangerous trap she’s ever faced.

Sidwell’s Invitation Is Never Just Business

Jenz Sidwell doesn’t do favors. He doesn’t extend invitations out of kindness. And he definitely doesn’t invite someone to Wyndemere unless he already knows exactly how the conversation is going to end. So when Carly Spencer heads back to Spoon Island to hear Sidwell’s so-called “proposal,” every alarm bell in Port Charles should be ringing — and ringing loud.

Here’s what makes this so terrifying. Valentin Cassadine already warned Carly about Wyndemere. He knows that estate better than anyone alive — it was his family’s home for generations. And still, Carly is going back. She’s going back because Valentin needs her to search for a hidden entrance to the catacombs beneath the castle, where Sidwell is running Cesar Faison‘s mysterious Final Project. Carly thinks she’s gaining leverage. Something tells me she’s walking into a cage.

The Layers of Lies Surrounding Carly

The real danger here isn’t just Sidwell — it’s that Carly Spencer is operating with fatally incomplete information. She’s dating Jack Brennan, the WSB field chief, and she trusts that his agency is a counterweight to Sidwell’s power. What Carly doesn’t know is that Brennan’s own boss, WSB Director Ross Cullum, is secretly Sidwell’s partner. Let that sink in. Everything Carly shares with Brennan could be flowing directly to the man she’s trying to take down.

Meanwhile, Carly’s brother Lucas Jones is living inside Wyndemere, dating Sidwell’s own son Marco Rios, and secretly trying to steal medication for Britt Westbourne — who Sidwell has been holding hostage by controlling her Huntington’s treatment. Lucas is in over his head, and if Sidwell catches him first, Carly won’t just lose her mission. She could lose her brother.

And then there’s Brennan watching Charlotte Cassadine. With Valentin hiding in Carly’s attic directing her every move, Charlotte becomes a pressure point. If Brennan connects the dots between Charlotte, Valentin, and Carly Spencer, the entire covert operation collapses — and Carly faces charges for harboring a fugitive.

Jason’s Exit Makes Everything Worse

Could this get any more dangerous? Yes, actually. Jason Morgan — Carly’s lifelong protector, the one person who has always shown up when everything falls apart — is about to leave Port Charles. The timing could not be worse. Carly Spencer is heading into the most perilous situation of her life, and her safety net is disappearing right when she needs it most.

Don’t be surprised if that’s not a coincidence. Sidwell has a pattern. He gave Willow Tait the paralytic drug she used on Drew Cain, then weaponized her complicity to seize Drew’s Congressional seat. He trapped Britt through her medication. Every deal Sidwell offers comes with invisible chains. If Carly accepts whatever he’s proposing, she could find herself bound to his operation the same way Willow and Britt already are — and by the time she realizes it, there may be no one left to rescue her.

Reading between the lines, this has all the makings of a trap within a trap. Sidwell knows Valentin escaped prison. He knows someone has been sniffing around Wyndemere. If he’s figured out that Carly is Valentin’s operative, then the “proposal” isn’t a genuine offer at all — it’s bait designed to lure Valentin out of hiding by putting Carly in danger. She thinks she’s the hunter. She might be the prey.
