On The Bold and the Beautiful, Remy just revealed Melissa Dylan is his cousin, that he got her the art teacher job that ultimately led her to Forrester, and that he has been the one making the cryptic phone calls that have terrified her. Then, with the casual confidence of a man who has been planning this for months, he told her she owes him a favor.

He wants her to vouch for him with Deke Sharpe. Specifically Deke. Not Forrester broadly. Deke, the father of Electra Forrester, the woman whose photos he taped to her own walls. We have a theory and it’s going to ruin everyone’s week at Forrester Creations.

Dylan Is Not the Reason He Came Back

Let’s play connect the dots. He got his cousin the art teacher job. That job became the thread that pulled her to Forrester. She works in the same building Electra works in every day. He has been calling her secretly for weeks. That is the behavior of a man who made sure his asset was in the right place before he returned.

He says he is sorry for the deep fakes and that he wants to be a better man. He says he wants to redeem himself and start a career in fashion. The man currently doing AC repair is suddenly committed to the very industry where his last victim works as the lead jewelry designer. The coincidence is doing a lot of heavy lifting.

Dylan is being told she owes Remy for the life she built. She is being asked to vouch for him with the one person whose endorsement matters most. And Dylan, desperate to keep her own footing after everything Ivy did to her, is going to be cornered into either burning her cousin or burning Electra’s father.

Why Specifically Deke

The Deke piece is the part that should make every fan’s spine prickle. Remy Pryce did not say he wants to make peace with Electra. He said he wants Deke to forgive him. He wants Electra’s father in his corner.

Because if Deke vouches for him, the door swings open. Remy gets a foot back in Forrester. He gets credibility. He gets proximity. And the woman whose nudes he posted online, the woman whose photos he taped to her walls, the woman who only escaped him because Will Spencer showed up to save her, suddenly has to share air with him every day.

Deke is the gatekeeper. He knows it. The wig in the closet tells you he has thought about every angle. The deep fakes were not the end of his obsession. They were the beginning.

The Truly Diabolical Part

Here is the version that worries us. There is no redemption in his return. He came back because he was never finished with Electra Forrester. The deep fakes were a warm up. The photos were a love letter. And the rest of the plan represents the next chapter.

Will Spencer is the only person who has ever physically intervened to save Electra from Remy Pryce. Will is currently distracted by Dylan, a coincidence Remy almost certainly engineered. RJ Forrester swore he will never break Electra’s trust, which means RJ is going to be the next man who has to find out what happens when this man decides someone is his.

The deep fakes broke Electra. The photos broke her further. Whatever he came back to do this time may be what she won’t survive.
