Sharon Newman’s Newman Treatment & Heather Stevens is Still Dead
Sharon Newman hasn’t been married to a Newman in years, yet she reverts to the Newman name after each non-Newman marriage she divorces or widows out of. Young & the Restless credits roll & there isn’t any trace of Sharon Rosales, only Sharon Newman portrayed by Sharon Case. Why wouldn’t she? The Newman name in Genoa City yields unlimited Get out of Jail Free cards & Sharon just redeemed another one. No, she didn’t kill Heather Stevens, but Heather Stevens is still dead & Sharon did have something to do with it. Daniel Romalotti’s analysis of what happened with Sharon’s involvement in Heather’s murder is spot on & he has every right to feel how he feels, but will he be able to move forward without doing something he regrets?
Sharon Newman Dumped Heather’s Body, No One Cares
Still!!… No one cares except for Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) dumped Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) body after she thought she killed her. Yes, she was unknowingly under the influence of PCP, blah, blah, blah… but she still dumped a woman’s body in the river. Shouldn’t there be consequences & shouldn’t Detective Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) checked the damn security tape in the building Daniel lives in to verify things? Security tap would have shown Ian Ward (Ray Wise) in the building if he was there to kill Heather. Daniel has every right to be as upset as possible.
Sharon Newman Framed Daniel & No One Cares
Not only is Sharon Newman not facing any consequences for dumping Heather’s body, she’s not facing any consequences for framing Daniel. Seriously, what in the what?!? Daniel being arrested for Heather’s murder could not have been more ridiculous. Can’t there be some community service or something for Sharon Newman?
Daniel Romalotti Finds a Use for Phyllis Again
Despite Daniel loving his mother Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), he is almost always on her case. Now his mom’s best friend Attorney Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) has gotten all of the charges brought against Sharon Newman dropped. Sharon didn’t kill Heather but she did put Daniel through a new sort of hell that he hasn’t made his way out of. Phyllis will feed into Daniel’s frustration over Sharon not facing any consequences like a fat kid in a candy store. Sharon Newman’s Newman treatment is getting old for non-Newmans in Genoa City. However, Phyllis might be calling the kettle black as she has completed zero hours of community service after killing Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) & faking her own death.

Daniel Romalotti goes to Crimson Lights like it’s his job & if that habit would have had a chance at changing it would have since Heather Stevens was killed & Sharon Newman confessed. Daniel isn’t happy & Sharon supposedly is sorry. There’s a broken record’s worth of awkward heart-to-hearts between Daniel & Sharon coming soon for Young & the Restless fans.
