The episode began with a visit from Dante to Sonny at his penthouse. Sonny revealed that Nina was upset, leading Dante to wonder why. Sonny explained that Nina had begun to experience the realities of his line of work and how it has shaped him into the man he is today. Dante asked if Nina still wanted to be in his life, to which Sonny replied that he couldn’t leave his business alive. This led Dante to remind Sonny that he had recently prioritized family over his business since returning from Nixon Falls. Dante pledged to stick by Sonny, not as a cop and an alleged mobster, but as father and son.

Meanwhile, Josslyn deduced that Michael was Dex’s mystery boss. When Michael visited Dex’s apartment, he informed him that the job was over and that Dex needed to leave Port Charles. Dex refused, boasting that Sonny trusted him more than ever after someone had tried to kill him. Josslyn praised Michael’s plan to take down Sonny, but Michael warned her to keep their relationship a secret if she wanted Dex to survive.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Chase brought flowers to Willow and expressed his hope of rejoining the PCPD. Willow questioned whether his plan to expose Linc was really about Brook Lynn, whom he clearly still harbored feelings for. Michael entered and wished the couple good luck with their upcoming wedding.

Brook Lynn, for her part, confided to Willow that she was still in love with Chase. She flashed back to a series of memories with him and contemplated writing a song about their relationship.

On the footbridge, Valentin and Drew discussed their plan to take down Victor. Valentin revealed that the necklace contained diamonds cut from the Ice Princess and explained that their plan would involve Victor incriminating himself from fake codes engraved into the necklace. Drew agreed to help, but Carly pleaded with him to stay safe and promised to welcome him back home if he had to leave town.

In the Deception office, Anna and Lucy argued over Lucy’s decision to leave the cabin. Anna eventually agreed that Lucy was the best person to plan the Nurses Ball and instructed Maxie to do everything Lucy instructed. Later, Anna and Lucy returned to the cabin, where Valentin suggested they stay until their plans were finalized. Lucy apologized for any trouble she had caused and ran upstairs to text Maxie with ideas for the ball.

Finally, Anna and Valentin took each other into their arms and pledged to bury Victor once and for all.

These developments set the stage for more drama and tension in the coming episodes of General Hospital. Viewers are sure to be on the edge of their seats as they watch the characters navigate through complex personal relationships and dangerous business dealings. With Sonny’s business in jeopardy and the looming threat of Victor’s power grab, it remains to be seen how these storylines will resolve themselves.
