Nikolas Cassadine is back after being gone for a little while. Fans will remember he was in a coma but recovered in Pautuck. Now General Hospital spoilers reveal Nikolas needs to make sure his family knows he is alive. If not, his son Spencer will inherit everything including Wyndemere and Spoon Island.

It’s clear Nikolas still has some bad feelings toward his ex-wife Ava Jerome. He knows his mother Laura is looking for him in Europe so he went there himself to leave clues that he is alive. But he doesn’t want to actually see or talk to Laura.

Soon though, it seems like Nikolas may end up heading back to Port Charles. Laura needs to return home to help her granddaughter Charlotte. Also, Ava was just kidnapped by Nikolas’ uncle Cyrus Renault. Nikolas wants control over what happens with Ava, so he might confront Cyrus about this. Ava could be in for a huge shock when she sees Nikolas is alive!
