Ava Moves into Sonny’s Penthouse
First, she moved into Sonny Corinthos’ deluxe penthouse. Sure, at the time, it made some sense. Ava was getting harassed by some weirdo who seemed to be framing her for a pretty nasty murder. Plus, Sonny was still all lovey-dovey with Nina, Ava’s bestie. So, having Ava as a houseguest was all about protection, right? After all, she is the mother of one of Sonny’s kids.
Sonny Dumps Nina, Gets Closer to Ava
But here’s where things get juicy – Sonny gave Nina the boot, and ever since, he and Ava have been getting real cozy. Ava’s not been exactly playing it cool either, dropping hints here and there about Nina while snuggling up to Sonny. Awkward!
Dante Gets Shot, Ava Encourages Sonny to Drink
Things got even shadier after Sonny’s son, Dante, took a bullet. It’s been rough, understandably, and Ava’s been encouraging Sonny to hit the bottle a little harder to cope. Now, Sonny’s got a complicated history with alcohol and his bipolar meds – not a great mix. Remember all those times Sonny made some seriously bad calls when he was off his meds and boozing? Yeah, we do too.
Ava Isolates Sonny from Family and Friends
What’s more, Ava’s been whispering in Sonny’s ear that he should cut his family and friends out of his life. “Can’t trust anyone,” she tells him, “except me.” Yikes. Talk about isolating the guy. With Nina out of the picture (for now), Sonny’s only got a couple of people still in his corner – his kids, Dante and Kristina. Will Ava try to drive a wedge between them too? Time will tell.
Sonny’s Bipolar Meds Tampered With
Here comes the real kicker – someone’s been messing with Sonny’s bipolar meds. We’re talking a classic switcheroo, the real pills mostly replaced with fakes. If Ava knows what’s up with the pills and is pushing the booze, then we’ve got a whole new level of scheming. Maybe her mystery stalker was connected, and this was the game plan all along? Maybe there’s a deal with Valentin, that snake, to take over Sonny’s territory if Sonny has a full-on meltdown. That might explain why Olivia Jerome wound up dead…
