Still, he worries about his brother Billy, who has become paranoid and is trying to take control of Jabot. Jack told Diane he has faith in her and needs her support if things get bad with Billy. If his brother keeps causing problems, he might have to let Billy go. Then Diane would need to step up. She suggested Kyle should take over if that happens, but Jack is not sure about that.

Nikki asked Kyle to come to the ranch. She wanted to know why Kyle slept with Audra. Nikki thinks he did it to avoid dealing with marriage problems with Summer. He promised Nikki they will keep things professional now. Nikki advised Kyle to work on repairing his marriage with Summer. She talked about how she and Victor overcame challenges but got stronger. However, Kyle calmly explained he could not forgive Summer for crossing a line. Nikki respected his reasons and stopped pressuring him. She is letting Kyle keep his job for now but warned that he and Audra are being watched. They will be fired if they start an intimate relationship again.

Billy visited the Chancellor house to see Dominic, but he was not there. Abby assumed Billy came to ask about her mother. She told him that her mother and Tucker are happy on their honeymoon. Billy hopes his siblings resolved their issues. However, he can’t stop worrying about Diane and her potential threat to Jabot. Nate told Audra to keep her confidence and not risk losing it by getting involved with Kyle again. Audra insisted to Nate that Kyle is unimportant in her life. They discussed whether Nick is a threat. Nate is sure Victoria will always support him. Audra doubts things will go as smoothly as Nate expects when Nick comes back.

Abby saw Kyle in the park and assumed he is still upset about the divorce, but Kyle said he feels free and happy. Abby was skeptical about his positive attitude, but Kyle insisted he learned from mistakes and walked away. Abby called Jack and said she thinks Kyle is on a bad path.

Billy entered Jabot and started arguing with Jack. They both wanted to fix things, so Billy asked Diane to leave the room. Jack said she could stay, but she left anyway, saying she had something to take care of. Billy proposed the board place limits on what Diane can do, which offended Jack. Although he is staying at Newman, he still does not have a specific position yet. Audra reassured him he is secure there, and they agreed to behave appropriately in public. However, after Kyle walked away to take a call from Jack, Nate emerged and confronted Audra. He told her he felt she was lying to him and is playing with fire by lying to Nikki too.
