General Hospital aired another thrilling episode on Thursday, March 30, 2023, with several interesting storylines. Cam’s family surprised him with a going-away breakfast, Trina and Joss discussed their love lives, and Spencer took a secret meeting. Additionally, Sonny and Dex fished out a dead body from the harbor, and Sonny delivered important news to Anna and Valentin.

Felicia met with Ava at Kelly’s and asked if she planned to go after Esme. Ava said that she would leave it to the authorities and mentioned that she had been spending a lot of time with Austin. Ava and Austin had to deal with lunatics when they found out Nikolas’ body was missing, and it brought them closer. Felicia and Ava parted ways, with Ava assuring Felicia that she would see her at the Nurses Ball later as something big always happens there.

At the family goodbye breakfast for Cam, Finn, Violet, Liz, Laura, Jake, and Aiden came together to surprise Cam before he left for Stanford. Cam was grateful and felt like the luckiest guy. After breakfast, Liz shared with Finn that she learned Epiphany left a letter for her and was glad to know she didn’t disappoint her mentor. Violet, Aiden, and Jake also surprised Cam with a drawing of themselves that Jake made. They added cutouts to the drawing, and Cam loved it.

Later, Cam talked to his mom about leaving when everyone still needs him. Liz reminded him that he has always been their rock, but it’s time for him to live his best life. They embraced and shed tears.

At the hospital, Spencer, Esme, and Ace arrived, and Ace needed treatment. Austin recognized Esme as the woman whose mother tried to kill him. He examined Ace and diagnosed him with colic, giving Esme some probiotics and information on how to soothe him. Spencer and Esme had a heated conversation, and Esme wished they could get along for Ace’s sake. Austin returned with the medication, and Esme left to take a trip to the vending machines, where she ran into Ava.

Meanwhile, Sonny and Dex arrived at the pier and met with Ms. Wu and her associate Lee. Lee dropped a bag, and Wu hoped this restored Sonny’s faith in her. As they were about to leave, Dex noticed a body in the water and jumped in, coming out with a very dead Eileen, whom Sonny recognized. Jordan arrived and was surprised that Sonny reported the body. Laura arrived and asked if Eileen was dead. Jordan excused herself to take a call, and Laura asked Sonny what happened. He guessed it was Victor and left to deal with it.

At the safe house, Valentin and Anna worried about Eileen, knowing she couldn’t outrun Victor. Drew arrived and told them that Victor had disappeared and checked out of the Metro Court, but he did not do it himself. He believed that Victor was onto them. Sonny knocked at the door and delivered the news that Laura got caught up in an emergency and Eileen was dead.

At the Nurses’ Ball rehearsal space, Joss and Trina practiced for their number when Maxie entered and ranted about the ball going to hell in a handbasket. Trina and Joss talked about the ball and their love lives. Trina wished to be with Spencer but wanted to take it slow. Joss revealed that she was already seeing someone, and Trina promised to help if there was any sign of trouble.

As the rehearsal continued, Trina couldn’t shake the feeling that Joss was keeping something from her. She wondered who the mystery person could be and what kind of trouble they were in. Meanwhile, Dex took the stage to perform, and the room was filled with excitement and anticipation for the upcoming Nurses Ball.
