Heather and Daniel meet up at Society. They talk about bringing Brownies back from Crimson Lights to Heather’s daughter, Lucy, in Lisbon. Heather says packing will be fast when she moves back to Genoa City. Daniel wonders what she will do with her place in Portugal. Heather says her dad might want to move in. Daniel is looking for a more permanent place than the Athletic Club now that Lucy is moving back. Heather asks if he can also look for a place for her.

Lily walks in and asks if Heather is moving back. Heather confirms she just decided to. Daniel did not want to tell Lily until Heather made up her mind. Lily understands. Heather says Lucy misses being near Daniel, which helped make up her mind.

Lily asks about Heather’s job in Portugal. Heather says she did not have a permanent job there. Daniel tells Lily that Heather could work in Lily’s legal department at Chancellor-Winters. Lily says it is not final yet. She suggests Heather look at other firms or the DA instead. Heather offers to send Lily her resume but Lily says to wait since she may have applicants already.

After Heather leaves, Lily asks if Daniel is okay with her moving back. Daniel says yes. Lily worries it could bring up old feelings but Daniel did not want to ruin their evening by talking about his ex. Lily appreciates Daniel’s consideration but is still concerned.

At Newman Media, Nikki tells Claire she can leave after finishing up tasks. She hopes Claire had a great first day. Claire confirms she did. Victoria comes in and Nikki introduces her new assistant Claire. Claire compliments Victoria’s career. She mentions meeting Victor earlier and he must be proud of Victoria.

Later, Claire accidentally bumps into Nate and drops her tablet. She apologizes for reading while walking. After introducing themselves, Nate asks how her first day is going. Claire says she is settling in well and loves the sense of togetherness at Newman Media. Nate says he hopes to see her around.
