Sheila is crafty and may try to work Finn’s kindness to her own benefit. She could weave a story of “finding God,” for example, that could serve to make her seem not so bad, that would tear at Finn’s naturally occurring sympathy for prisoners condemned to die. But if our man falls for the line, just think of those innocents who would be at risk if Sheila got into their lives in some way. Finn must see—especially now, must remember—that she is a criminal.

Will Finn be fooled by Sheila, or will he recognize what she’s doing? It’s not going to be easy for him to make that call, because Finn has always had a weak spot for the underdog. However, if he has Li by his side, Finn might have the integrity to not go along with Sheila’s plans.
