Devon’s Head Spins to Tucker & Billy Spins Out of GC At the end of the day, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), relinquished her power & decision-making capabilities at Chancellor Winters to her son Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) because Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) is a total pain in the ass. Ergo, attempting to put Devon in his place. Well, Jill Abbott succeeded in putting Devon in his place if that place is desperation. Devon Winters seriously asked his dad who he nearly hates for help, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Meanwhile, Billy Boy Abbott has been promoted to some powerful position at C-W without a title that everyone else in that C-suite is scared of. Now Billy Abbott has spun out of Genoa City to make nice with the C-W regional offices but without any breadcrumbs left behind for his serious girlfriend with a full plate of mental health challenges for her & her son.

What will happen when Chelsea runs across one of any of the C-W C-suite inhabitants & puts on that it’s old news that Billy Abbott is out of town on business? When Adam doesn’t intimately respond to Chelsea, she’ll likely hit up the other Newman brother she’s hit up before, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Regardless of how either Newman brother responds, Chelsea’s mind will be wandering & she will revert to her hot-mess-self.
