Days of Our Lives spoilers September 24, 2026 put Cat Greene in the hot seat, and EJ DiMera is the man asking the questions. Every Thursday preview has EJ questioning her loyalty. None of them says what sets him off, and none says how she answers.

Do not expect her to sit there and take it. The week’s preview reel has Cat telling EJ, “You know damn well what’s going on, and so do I.” The reel does not put a day on that line, but it tells you this is a two way fight.

EJ has been circling this for weeks. On September 8 he asked Chad DiMera whether Cat had ever told him she was ex-ISA, and Chad argued the story did not add up. On September 18, when Rita Lesley asked whether he meant Cat, EJ admitted he no longer knew who to trust. Cat owned up to her ISA past with Leo Stark on September 17 and told Chad she had cut ties with the agency.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: The Letter That Sank Gwen’s Hospital Bid

Here is the part the Thursday previews leave out. In July, Cat admitted to Rafe Hernandez that she took Gwen Rizczech‘s sealed confession letter and handed it to him. On September 11, Rafe put that letter in front of the hospital board. It exposed Gwen as EJ’s silent partner, and the board rejected her bid.

So the deal EJ was quietly counting on died with a document that passed through Cat’s hands first. Leo worked it out and accused her to her face the same day. She denied it, and he told her he did not believe her.

EJ’s enemies want her exactly where she is. On September 8, Gabi Hernandez, Gwen and Leo agreed Cat should stay inside EJ’s operation as their source. That was the week before EJ came home from Italy to an angry son, which our preview of EJ’s Wednesday showdown with Johnny laid out.

Why Is EJ DiMera Questioning Cat Greene’s Loyalty?

Because her ISA past has been eating at him, and EJ is a man who assumes nobody ever really walks away from anything. One preview says he no longer trusts her and wants proof she is on his side. Another wonders whether she can put on a good enough act to calm him down.

What nobody covering Thursday has lined up is the letter. Nothing on screen has shown EJ connecting Cat Greene to it. If he is asking about loyalty without that piece, he is asking the right question with the wrong evidence. My gut says the writers are saving the letter for the moment it hurts most.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Sydney Tells Johnny to Stand His Ground

Sydney DiMera urges her brother Johnny DiMera not to back down on Thursday. It follows a Wednesday where Johnny told EJ he is the CEO, that EJ cannot tell him how to run DiMera, and that he is cleaning things up the right way. He also reminded his father who was left holding the bag with George O’Halloran.

Then, outside the pub, Johnny told Sydney that if he could snap his fingers and move his family back to Italy, he would. So his sister is pushing him to fight while his gut is telling him to run.

The pressure is real. Steve Johnson and Brady Black have enhanced hospital footage that caught only a reflection in a mirror, and they read it as Johnny. The FDA is looking into Sarah Horton‘s complaint about DiMera Pharmaceuticals. If Johnny holds firm and Cat Greene stops covering, EJ could run short of people in his corner fast.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Belle Opens Up as Paulina Goes Rogue

Belle Black tells Chad what has her worried. On Wednesday she learned that Dante Vitali was Dominic Marino‘s roommate at boarding school, and neither she nor Marlena Evans buys that as a coincidence. One preview says Chad agrees with her.

Paulina Price defies the wishes of her daughters, Chanel DiMera and Lani Price, and one preview says she goes rogue to help them. Last week she asked Stephanie Johnson for advice on getting the governor to pardon Lani. If I know Paulina, that is the plan she will not drop.
