Days of Our Lives Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Dante Vitali Blindsides Philip Kiriakis as Stefano’s Rome Secret Surfaces

DAYS OF OUR LIVES SPOILERS: SARAH HORTON TORCHES EJ DIMERA’S COVER AS PHILIP KIRIAKIS BETS IT ALL AGAIN
TL;DR: On Days of Our Lives, Sarah Horton stopped waiting for proof and reported DiMera to the FDA, which put Johnny DiMera and George O’Halloran in a room agreeing to deny everything. Philip Kiriakis carried his poker winnings to a roulette wheel, bet them on Victor’s birthday and won again, and still has not covered what Titan owes. Italy sat the day out entirely, and Marlena Evans has still not said the line the promo has her saying about Dominic Marino’s name.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: This Week (September 14-18, 2026)
Monday, September 14th:
Dante Vitali walked into the story at a poker table rather than through the front door, introduced himself as the host and as Sami Brady’s fiance, and told Philip Kiriakis he keeps no secrets from her, with Sydney DiMera already seated on a stake Dante had bought her. Gabi Hernandez caught a player named Otto cheating with marked aces, so Dante threw him out and dealt two final hands with a fresh deck. Philip went all in and took it, a straight flush over four of a kind, then turned to Gabi and said the money was not enough to save Titan. Overseas, Belle Black and Chad DiMera let themselves into Dominic Marino’s Italian house, found EJ DiMera walking in behind them, and Chad pulled a hidden panel out of a duplicate of Stefano’s chess set with a photograph inside it. In Salem, Marlena Evans told Julie Williams she is scared of the memories she does not have. Then the last scene of the day put Dante in front of the man wearing Stefano’s phoenix ring, reporting that the whole night had gone exactly as planned.
Tuesday, September 15th:
Tuesday belonged to Sarah Horton, not to Johnny DiMera. She told Xander Kiriakis and Brady Black that she had already filed an anonymous complaint with the FDA, accusing DiMera of making contaminated Coriseal and dumping the evidence on Smith Island. Xander was furious she had not warned them, and Sarah apologized for that and for nothing else. The complaint reached George O’Halloran the same day, he pulled Johnny into a meeting, told him to deny and deflect, and reminded him that all three of them could go to prison. Out at the lake Holly Jonas asked Tate Black to teach her to defend herself, and in Monte Carlo Philip Kiriakis put his poker winnings on 18 for Victor’s birthday, hit it, and admitted he had quietly kept Gabi Hernandez’s five million out of the bet.
Wednesday, September 16th:
Wednesday hardens Theo Carver’s suspicion of Johnny, and Stephanie Johnson finally opens up to Kayla Johnson about what she has been holding in. Brady and Steve Johnson meet to dig deeper into the Coriseal mess specifically, Lani Price is back in Salem weighing serious decisions about her future, and Xander and Sarah look back over their own past.
Thursday, September 17th:
Thursday brings a suggestion from Belle that Chad flat out objects to. Sydney surprises EJ with unexpected news, Paulina Price turns to Stephanie for advice, and Theo makes a confession to Lani. What he confesses has not been spoiled anywhere, and with his suspicion of Johnny hardening the day before, we wouldn’t bet on it being about romance.
Friday, September 18th:
Friday has EJ pressing Rita Lesley for everything she knows about Dominic Marino. Holly opens up to Ari Horton about Mason’s attitude, and Belle hands Marlena a brand new clue to chew on. Chad finally confronts Cat Greene, reportedly over the ISA background she kept to herself. Sydney closes the week coming home to Salem, and the weekly promo has somebody greeting her at the Brady Pub with a welcome home, Ms. DiMera.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Next Week (September 21-25, 2026)
That photograph out of the Rome chess set is the thing to watch, because it is the first piece of Stefano’s trail that puts a face beside his rather than a symbol. The writing team has said the chess board mystery and its fallout sit at the center of the fall stories, and that Chad and Belle follow the clues to a discovery that changes both of their families, and Salem, forever. This is the week they start collecting on that promise.
Watch for Johnny’s Coriseal problem to stop being something he can manage on his own. Theo is asking harder questions, Steve and Brady have footage, and George O’Halloran has already warned him that when a cover-up like this cracks, the people with badges go looking for whoever sat at the top. Worth holding in mind that Johnny, Chanel, Holly and Tate are all written to leave Salem eventually and nobody has said when, so every corner these four get backed into reads a little differently.
Keep an eye on the Monte Carlo fallout too. Philip has now won two nights running and still has not said he can cover the loan, which is a worse place to be than losing outright. He was careful enough on Tuesday to keep Gabi’s stake out of the wager, and careful is exactly the thing that does not save a company that owes two hundred million. We would still bet on Sydney turning out to be a bigger problem for the DiMeras than anyone in that room expects.
Don’t rule out Theo’s confession to Lani landing harder than a private conversation should, and expect the Xander, Sarah and Brady triangle to keep circling. The writers have said Xander risks everything for Sarah before this is over, and that we will see Kristen DiMera again this fall, and that she does not come back alone. Circulating spoiler chatter has floated, carefully, that Holly may try to talk things out with Mason during the week of September 21 to 25 and may not get the reaction she wants. That is one outlet’s own reading. Nothing firm about that week has been published anywhere yet, and we checked again today. On the usual schedule the day by day for September 21 to 25 should land on Sunday.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: The Big Stories Right Now
The Rome House Gave Up a Photograph From 1992
A dinner reservation nobody made sent Belle and Chad to a Rome palazzo that was once the Convent of the Holy Trinity, its street number matching the first digits of a serial hidden inside Stefano’s chess set. The owner is Dominic Marino, the reclusive billionaire who paid cash for the Kiriakis mansion. On Monday Belle, Chad and EJ got inside, and a hidden panel in a duplicate chess set gave up a photograph of Stefano standing with a young blonde boy, dated 1992 on the back. EJ asked out loud whether the boy could be Marino. Nobody answered him, and nobody has proved Marino is the hand moving pieces on that board. One thing in that room has gone almost unnoticed, which is that the board in Rome still has every one of its pawns while the set Stefano left behind in Salem is missing one, and it was his own will that named John Black as his pawn. Marlena is due to point out that Marino means of the sea, and so does DiMera, which is the show drawing that line itself rather than anyone else guessing at it.
Dante Vitali Was Never Just the Host
Franco LoPresti debuted as Dante Vitali on Monday and spent most of the hour looking like a generous stranger with good manners. He is a cousin of Ava Vitali, born and raised in Italy, schooled in England, and he built his own finance dynasty while putting distance between himself and the family name. He came to Salem to talk about Sami Brady, who he calls his fiancee. Then the closing scene put him in front of the man wearing Stefano’s phoenix ring, reporting that Philip could never have won enough, that Gabi had done the work of clearing the cheat off the table for him, and signing off with two words. Well played, Dom. Whoever Dom is, Dante answers to him, and Philip has no idea he spent his last chance on a rigged evening.
Somebody Is Wearing Stefano’s Ring, and Rita Is Not Telling
Rita lifted Stefano’s phoenix ring off EJ’s coffee table and lied straight to his face about where it went. Four days later a man whose face we have never seen slid that ring onto his pinky in a study with Stefano’s portrait on the wall, a chessboard in the corner and a glass of Strega at his elbow, and nobody has ever shown us how it travelled from her hand to his. That gap is the whole point. As of Monday he has stopped being a man who only watches, because Dante now reports to him directly. EJ thinks Dr. Rolf is feeding Belle and Chad their clues and has ordered Rita to find him, and Rita agreed a shade too quickly. She is also about to be caught on camera telling Stefano’s portrait that it is all playing out exactly as he planned.
Johnny’s Coriseal Cover-Up Tightens
Steve and Brady ran the hospital footage through an enhancement and came away with a reflection in a mirror, clear enough to put Johnny at the scene and nowhere near clear enough to show what he was doing there. Brady walked Xander through all of it on Tuesday, so the circle now takes in the one man with a personal reason to make it public. What none of them planned for is that Sarah had already gone around the lot of them and reported DiMera to a federal regulator. George O’Halloran had the complaint in his hand the same day, he and Johnny both guessed correctly who filed it, and what they settled on was deny and deflect, which is not a plan. Johnny said out loud that the FDA tracing the poisonings back to the company would be the end of DiMera Enterprises, and George told him the three of them could go to prison.
Philip Won Twice and Still Has Not Won Enough
Philip was playing to save Titan and his family home, and Gabi put him in that chair knowing exactly what his history with gambling looks like. He won the last hand on Monday and it was the wrong kind of win, because without the cheat’s chips sitting in that pot the pile was never going to cover what Titan owes. Clearing Otto off the table was the one move that made the night safe for everybody except Philip, and the mansion sale to Marino closed while they were still playing. On Tuesday he did the thing Gabi had been dreading and carried the whole pile to a roulette wheel, and 18 came in for him. Then he told her he had held her five million back out of the bet, which is the most careful thing he has done all year and still does not add up to what Titan owes.

Rafe Torched Gwen’s Hospital Deal, and Cat May Have Struck the Match
Rafe Hernandez handed Gwen Rizczech’s confession letter to the hospital board and killed her bid stone dead, because the letter laid out that EJ was her silent partner. He admitted it out loud to Cat, who applauded. Gwen threw her phone across the square past Leo Stark’s head over it. Leo swore the letter was deleted before he read it, then quietly remembered mentioning it to Cat, and said nothing. By week’s end he had accused her of stealing it outright, and when she denied it he told her he doesn’t believe her but has no intention of blowing her cover.
Xander Heard Sarah Say It Out Loud
Maggie Kiriakis came to tell Xander that Marino had signed and the mansion was gone by end of day, and found him packing up the Titan office and staring at a photo of Sarah with Victoria. Then he told her the part that actually hurts. He overheard Sarah tell Brady she loved him at the daddy-daughter dance, and his own words were that he has had to accept Sarah loves another man and he will never love another woman. Maggie told him he can rise above it the way Victor did. He sat down with Sarah and Brady on Tuesday anyway, lost an argument about the FDA complaint he had not been told about, and stayed in the room. His reason, by his own account, is to stop the other two doing something reckless. He and Sarah go back over their history on Wednesday, so nobody here is walking away yet.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers FAQs
Who Is Dominic Marino, Really?
He’s the reclusive Italian billionaire who bought the Kiriakis mansion in cash, and he owns the Rome palazzo at the end of Stefano’s clue trail. He has never appeared on screen and nobody in Salem has met him. Belle, Chad and EJ got inside his Italian house on Monday and came out with a 1992 photograph of Stefano beside a young blonde boy, and EJ wondered aloud whether the boy might be Marino himself. Marlena is set to note that his name means the same thing as DiMera. That is a hint the show is dropping on purpose, and a hint is still all it is.
Who Is Dante Vitali?
He’s a finance mogul born and raised in Italy, a cousin of Ava Vitali, and he turned up in Monte Carlo calling Sami Brady his fiancee. Franco LoPresti debuted in the role on Monday, September 14, in what has been reported as a limited run with no end date attached to it. As of his very first episode he is also reporting to the man wearing Stefano’s phoenix ring, which nobody at that table knows.
Did Philip Save Titan and the Kiriakis Mansion?
No, and he has now won on two nights running. He took the final poker hand on Monday and told Gabi straight away that the money was not enough, and the sale of the mansion to Dominic Marino had already closed days before that. On Tuesday he put the winnings on roulette number 18, Victor’s birthday, and won again, then admitted he had kept Gabi’s five million out of the bet so she would get it back either way. Nobody has printed what either win was actually worth, and nothing so far says Titan is covered.
Is Johnny Going to Get Caught?
The pressure went up sharply on Tuesday. Steve and Brady have the footage, Brady has now briefed Xander on it, and Sarah has reported DiMera to the FDA over the contaminated Coriseal. George O’Halloran put the complaint straight into Johnny’s hands and told him all three of them could end up in prison, and the two of them settled on denying everything. Theo is circling as well, and Brady’s warning still stands, because there is no version of taking EJ down that leaves Johnny standing clean.
What Did Sarah Horton Do to DiMera?
She filed an anonymous complaint with the FDA, accusing DiMera of manufacturing contaminated Coriseal and getting rid of the evidence on Smith Island. She did it without telling Xander or Brady first, and she would not take it back when Xander confronted her over it. It is the first move anyone in this story has made that DiMera cannot answer by discrediting a person, and by the end of the same day George O’Halloran was holding a copy.
Why Does Mason Have It In for Holly Jonas?
Ari pushed him on it and he answered plainly. He doesn’t know Holly, but he holds her responsible for the death of someone he did know. He has never said who, on screen or anywhere else, and everything circulating about who that person might be is guesswork. Holly opens up to Ari about him on Friday, so the answer may not stay buried much longer.

Yes, it will be sad that she is dying. She was very unfair in her decision to treat Paulina like nothing. Paulina was strong to pull away & deserves recognition.
