General Hospital Recap October 12, 2026: Josslyn Jacks Crashes Sonny Corinthos’s Victory Lap With a Mystery Bidder and a Smirk
This General Hospital Recap catches Josslyn Jacks stealing Sonny’s pier auction, plus Drew Cain storming Lulu’s house and Sidwell denying it all.
JOSSLYN SPOILS SONNY’S VICTORY LAP IN THIS GENERAL HOSPITAL RECAP
TL;DR: This General Hospital Recap catches Josslyn Jacks hijacking Sonny Corinthos’s pier auction with a little help from Hudson Parker, plus Drew Cain tearing into Lulu Spencer, Dante Falconeri pressing a very forgetful Sidwell, and Trina Robinson and Gio Palmieri picking up an unwanted audience at the Cat’s Eye Lounge.

Josslyn Jacks Crashes Sonny’s Auction
Sonny Corinthos spent the morning radiating the kind of confidence that always makes Port Charles reach for popcorn. Ric Lansing swore their anonymous online offer for Sidwell’s piers topped the one from Drew Cain, and Sonny, still moping over Gio packing his bags, decided the cure for heartbreak was showing up in person to savor Drew’s face. Nothing says “I have totally left the life” like gloating at a hostile takeover.
Across town at the hotel, Carly Spencer and Ezra Boyle set up the room for the big reveal. Valentin Cassadine turned up as a bidder himself, fresh from a drop-off at Charlotte Cassadine’s Maine boarding school. Carly confided that she did not believe Sonny had anything to do with the Pentonville beatings, but she fretted that a win would convince the whole town he had lied about going straight. It was a sweet worry, and a slightly early one.
Because while Sonny rehearsed his victory face, Josslyn Jacks was busy being a menace. She crept into an electrical closet at the hotel and personally disabled one of the safeguards guarding the shiny new system. Next, Hudson Parkerhacked into the bidding platform and planted the top bid for JJE in the final moments before the clock ran out. Nothing builds a partnership like light breaking and entering.
Sonny and Ric strolled in, with Selina Wu trailing behind alongside Brad Cooper. Sonny and Selina shook on burying the old Charlie’s Pub fire drama, which was awfully big of them. Drew took a seat with the other bidders, and Carly and Valentin gaped when Hudson walked through the door. Ezra logged on, cleared his throat, and declared Hudson the proud owner of both piers. Both Ric and Drew wanted answers about the mystery buyer’s boss, and Josslyn supplied them in person, gliding into the room to inform everyone that the stranger collected his paycheck from her. Sonny came to celebrate a victory and got served a defeat instead, with a side of sass.
Is Josslyn about to become the best thing that ever happened to Sonny’s enemies, or is she in way over her head? Email us your theory at amber@soapoperamagazine.com, we want to hear it.

Drew Cain Tears Into Lulu
Drew stormed up to Lulu Spencer’s front door with the posture of a man whose publicist had quit. He accused her of squeezing a medical waiver out of him through trickery and then printing something other than the story they had agreed on. Lulu shrugged that the piece evolved once she reread her notes, which is journalist for “I found something better.” She then offered him a platform to speak publicly about the crimes of his wife, Willow Tait.
Lulu asked point blank whether Drew had any idea Willow had been drugging him. Drew countered by wondering if Lulu was aware her “deranged” daughter had burgled his vehicle. Lulu, a woman who has never met a question she could not dodge, neither confirmed nor denied her daughter’s activities and went right back to grilling him about Willow. Drew threatened to smash her phone, accused her of twisting quotes from Lucas Jones and Elizabeth Baldwin, and told her to steer clear of his loved ones. Then he stomped out, because dramatic exits are the Port Charles love language.
Moments later, Dante Falconeri knocked, and Lulu practically melted at the sight of a friendly face. The melting stopped when Dante shared what Sidwell had told him, which was that none of it was true.

Sidwell Suddenly Remembers Nothing
Dante had spent his morning at the hospital pressing Sidwell on what the article claimed, including that Sidwell handed Willow a WSB cocktail meant for Drew. Sidwell blamed his painkillers and swore he had no memory of speaking to any reporter. He also denied every line of the story, including the bit about planting Willow in Congress because she would be easier to boss around. It takes a special kind of man to recall every grudge in the world and still blank on his own interview.
Dante kept pushing, so Sidwell pointed him toward the visitor log and sniffed that no sane doctor would have approved a journalist for a chat in his condition. Dante allowed, in purely hypothetical terms, that the piece sounded suspiciously like Sidwell confessing. Sidwell was ready for that one. A confession, he reminded Dante, is worthless if somebody squeezed it out of you.
Dante pointed to Drew and Willow as witnesses who could testify to what really happened, which sent Sidwell flashing back to the moment he warned Willow what would happen if she ever talked. He claimed he was exhausted and needed to sleep, but once Dante walked out, Sidwell looked far less like a man ready for a nap and far more like a man doing math.

Trina and Gio Have a Watcher
Emma Scorpio-Drake caught Trina Robinson up at the Cat’s Eye Lounge: Gio Palmieri had left Sonny’s house for good, and the two of them were hunting for a place of their own. Trina felt a pang of guilt, since Gio adored his grandfather, but Emma insisted the decision was entirely his.
While Trina and Gio tuned up for their gig, they gazed at each other with the dreamy focus of two people ready to rock. They did not notice the shadow outside the club window, someone who watched every note. Nobody in Port Charles lurks at windows for fun, so nobody should assume this is a fan.

Port Charles Plays Dirty Again
General Hospital proved that nobody in this town knows how to lose gracefully. Josslyn turned a polite auction into a trap and Sonny into a very surprised bidder, Drew spent his energy yelling at Lulu, Sidwell swore he remembered nothing, and Dante left both of them with more questions than answers. Meanwhile, Trina and Gio dodged one family fight only to land in the sights of a stranger.
