Top 5 Takeaways:

  1. Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) Feud with Tracy: Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), fueled by Mai Tais and with encouragement from Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), pushes Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) to have Ned committed to a mental institution. But a fiery Ned isn’t backing down, making it clear that he won’t let anyone commit him so easily.
  2. Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) ALS Diagnosis: Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) confronts Gregory Chase about his condition, leading to a heartbreaking confession that Gregory has been diagnosed with ALS.
  3. Molly and Kristina’s Surrogate Dispute: Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is upset when she finds out that Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) is using a surrogate who isn’t her. Kristina is confused and irritated, especially since she offered to be the surrogate for free. Molly, however, believes that having Kristina carry the baby would only end in disaster.
  4. Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) Growing Suspicions: Anna is put on the spot by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) about whether she trusts him. Her feelings are conflicted, especially after Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) updates her about the lack of evidence of Valentin’s vehicle on the ELQ security footage. Anna becomes increasingly rattled and suspicious of Valentin’s hidden motives.
  5. Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) Concern for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison): Carly looks irked when someone arrives seemingly seeking a favor. If Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is involved, it’s easy to see how she might rile Carly up with a request. However, the more significant favor comes from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), who is about to grant Carly’s wish of a secret visit to Drew Cain, who is not supposed to have visitors at the moment.

This week on General Hospital, tempers are flaring as “Eddie Maine,” also known as Ned Quartermaine, played by Wally Kurth, confronts Tracy Quartermaine, played by Jane Elliot. The showdown comes after Tracy manipulated Olivia Quartermaine, portrayed by Lisa LoCicero, into attempting to have Eddie committed to a mental institution. But Eddie isn’t backing down and promises he won’t let anyone send him to a mental institution.

Meanwhile, Tracy, still reeling from the Mai Tais that Brook Lynn Quartermaine, played by Amanda Setton, encouraged her to drink, is louder and more confrontational than usual. In the midst of the Quartermaine family drama, Hamilton Finn, portrayed by Michael Easton, urges Gregory Chase, played by Gregory Harrison, to be transparent about his condition. Finally, Gregory admits he has ALS, leaving Finn heartbroken and concerned.

As emotions run high in the Quartermaine family, Kristina Corinthos-Davis, played by Kate Mansi, vents her frustration to Molly Lansing-Davis, portrayed by Brooke Anne Smith. Molly is using a surrogate who isn’t Kristina, and Kristina can’t understand why, especially since she offered to help. Molly, however, fears that letting Kristina carry the baby would be a disaster.

Elsewhere, Sam McCall, played by Kelly Monaco, has reasons to worry. Between family drama and Cody Bell’s failed plan to get committed to Ferncliff, Sam may fear more trouble is on the way.

In other developments, Valentin Cassadine, portrayed by James Patrick Stuart, confronts Anna Devane, played by Finola Hughes, and asks her whether she trusts him. Anna struggles to answer, especially after receiving alarming updates from Dante Falconeri, played by Dominic Zamprogna. Dante calls someone to share information, and Anna might be the one who gets the call. It appears Valentin may be hiding secrets from Anna, leading her to question their relationship.

Lastly, Carly Spencer, played by Laura Wright, seems upset about someone seeking a favor. Could Nina Reeves, played by Cynthia Watros, be behind it? While Carly’s attention is drawn to a favor, it’s Sonny Corinthos, played by Maurice Benard, who is behind a significant favor. Sonny is on the cusp of granting Carly’s wish for a visit to Drew Cain, portrayed by Cameron Mathison, at Pentonville. Despite visitation restrictions, Sonny is determined to find a way to make it happen.

But Carly’s visit to Drew isn’t all sunshine and roses. General Hospital spoilers reveal that Carly will become concerned about a growing threat to Drew that could put his life in danger.
