Eric Forrester built Forrester Creations from the ground up. Every stitch, every design, every triumph and setback happened within those walls. He raised his children in the fashion business, mentored generations of designers, and created a legacy that changed the industry forever. Now he’s walking through those halls knowing it’s no longer his domain, and the weight of that reality is crushing.
Ridge recently passed the iconic stapler to Eric Forrester, symbolizing the official transfer of power. Eric told his son that Forrester was now his to run with Brooke. But knowing something intellectually and FEELING it emotionally are two very different things. Eric is confronting the fact that his chapter at the company he built is truly OVER.
The memories must be flooding back as Eric walks through Forrester Creations. The showdowns with rival companies, the legendary fashion shows, the family drama that played out in every corner of that building. Stephanie’s presence still lingers in those walls. Eric recently reminisced that she’s probably up there sipping a martini and looking down on them.

Eric hasn’t been in a festive mood since his retirement became official. How can you celebrate when you’re mourning the loss of your identity? For decades, Eric Forrester WAS Forrester Creations. Without the company, he’s struggling to figure out who he is.
But Donna knows her honey bear better than anyone. She understands that wallowing in sadness isn’t going to help Eric heal. The holidays are about family, love, and gratitude for what you have. Eric may have lost his position at Forrester Creations, but he still has so much to be thankful for.
Donna has been Eric’s biggest supporter through all of this upheaval. When Ridge pushed for Eric’s retirement, Donna stood by her man. When Eric struggled to accept his new reality, Donna was there with comfort and love. Now she’s gently encouraging him to embrace the holiday season instead of dwelling on what he’s lost.
These two have been through SO much together. Donna’s unwavering devotion to Eric is one of the sweetest relationships on Bold and the Beautiful, and watching her lift his spirits during this dark time is exactly the kind of content we need heading into Christmas!
