Katie Logan Has Every Right to Be Furious

Let’s be honest here. Katie has been disrespected by the Forresters for YEARS. She gave everything to that company. She handled their PR disasters. She cleaned up their messes. And the second things got complicated with the Luna scandal, Ridge brought in an outside firm and swept Katie aside like yesterday’s news.

And where was Brooke during all of this? Standing right next to her husband. Not fighting for her sister. Not demanding Katie be treated with respect. Just going along with whatever Ridge decided because that’s what Brooke does. She chooses Ridge. Every single time.

So when Bill Spencer swooped in with a wedding proposal AND a fully funded fashion house, Katie said yes. Can you blame her? For the first time in years, someone was putting HER first. Someone was saying she deserved better. Someone was actually DOING something instead of offering empty words and sympathetic looks.

Now Katie is hosting her own holiday celebration surrounded by people who actually support her. The Spencers. Steffy and Finn. People who showed up when it mattered. And here comes Donna, dragging Brooke into the mix like that’s going to help anything.

This Peace Mission Could Backfire Spectacularly

The problem with Donna’s plan is simple. Brooke hasn’t actually apologized. She hasn’t acknowledged that she let Katie down. She showed up at Katie’s office last week with Ridge and basically told Katie her concerns could wait because they had a more important meeting.

She’s not the little sister asking for scraps of respect at the Forrester table. She’s the CEO of her own company with her husband and son by her side.

Donna means well. She always means well. But sometimes meaning well isn’t enough. Sometimes you can’t fix decades of resentment with holiday cocktails and forced smiles. Sometimes the best thing you can do is step back and let people work through their anger instead of trying to rush reconciliation before anyone is ready.
