The week kicks off with sisters Brooke and Katie Logan going head-to-head, and honestly? We’re kind of living for it. Brooke forbids Katie from using the Logan name for her company, and Katie is NOT having it. Look, we love Brooke, but Katie is a Logan too, and she’s got every right to rock that family name on her business cards.
Carter swoops in to give Brooke and Ridge some legal advice, because when your trademark situation is this messy, you need all the help you can get. Meanwhile, Will tries to convince Electra that Dylan is homeless, and these two are clearly cooking up something sweet to help him out.

Hold onto your briefcases, folks, because Carter and Liam are actually RACING each other to trademark the name Logan. Yes, you read that right. The trademark expired, and now it’s a full-on sprint to the patent office. You’ve got to love Bold and the Beautiful for giving us a foot race over intellectual property rights!
Bill Spencer wants Katie free of Forrester influence, and when Dollar Bill decides to champion someone, he goes ALL in. Electra and Will offer Dylan their support, proving once again that these two are the sweetest corner of the B&Bcanvas right now.

When Bill goes to bat for the women he loves, he doesn’t hold back, and Ridge is about to find that out firsthand.
Carter blames Bill for permanently damaging Brooke and Katie’s relationship, but let’s be real here: these Logan sisters have been through ups and downs before, and they always find their way back to each other eventually. Katie gets emotional with Bill Spencer, telling him all about Brooke’s misdeeds, and Bill is ready to be her knight in shining armor. When Dollar Bill decides you’re under his protection, he means business!

Unfortunately, the Logan trademark war is far from over. Brooke, Ridge, and Carter continue to undermine Katie’s new venture, and poor Katie just wants to build something of her own! Bill Spencer isn’t about to let them steamroll over his ex-wife, though, so expect this battle to keep heating up. Somewhere in Los Angeles, a trademark lawyer is having the busiest week of their career!
