It’s Three Against One and Katie Logan Doesn’t Stand a Chance
Welcome to 2026, Bold and the Beautiful fans, where Brooke Logan has apparently decided that crushing her sister’s dreams is a team sport! According to Friday’s spoilers, Brooke, Ridge Forrester, and Carter Walton continue to undermine Katie’s new venture. That’s right. Three people are actively working to destroy one woman’s fashion house. Happy New Year, Katie!
The Logan trademark war has officially become a full-scale assault. It’s not enough that Brooke owns the trademark and blocked Katie from using their shared family name. Now she’s got her husband AND her lawyer helping her make sure Katie’s business never gets off the ground. At what point does this stop being about protecting intellectual property and start being about Brooke just not wanting Katie to succeed?

Brooke Logan Has Assembled Her Army
Let’s break down this unholy alliance, shall we? You’ve got Brooke Logan, who owns the trademark and started this whole mess. You’ve got Ridge Forrester, who calls Brooke “Logan” like it’s a term of endearment and will do literally anything his wife asks. And you’ve got Carter Walton, Forrester Creations’ attorney, who raced Liam to the trademark office earlier this week.
Three powerful people with legal resources, fashion industry connections, and decades of experience are all focused on one target: Katie’s brand new company. Katie has Bill Spencer’s money and support, but she’s still massively outgunned here. Katherine Kelly Lang, Thorsten Kaye, and Lawrence Saint-Victor are going to deliver on Friday, and poor Heather Tom is going to have her work cut out for her playing Katie against these odds.
The thing that makes this so frustrating is that Katie isn’t doing anything wrong. She wanted to name her company after her own family. Brooke happens to own the trademark from years ago. Instead of working out a licensing deal or finding a compromise like sisters SHOULD, Brooke has chosen the nuclear option. And she’s brought reinforcements.
Carter Walton Picked a Side
Here’s what stings: Carter was supposed to be giving legal advice earlier this week. Legal advice implies some kind of neutrality, or at least professional objectivity. But now Carter is actively participating in undermining Katie’s business, which means he’s not just Brooke’s lawyer. He’s Brooke’s weapon.
Carter has been a Forrester loyalist for years, so this isn’t exactly surprising. But it does raise questions about where his loyalties ultimately lie. Is he doing this because Brooke is legally in the right? Or is he doing this because Brooke and Ridge are his bosses and he knows which side his bread is buttered on? Either way, Katie now has to fight Forrester Creations’ entire legal department on top of everything else.
Dylan Thanks Will and Electra
In much sweeter news, Dylan expresses appreciation to Will Spencer and Electra Forrester on Friday. After they discovered she was living in her car and offered their support, Dylan is finally letting herself accept help from people who genuinely care about her.
This storyline has been a bright spot amid all the corporate warfare and family betrayal. Will and Electra didn’t have to help Dylan. They barely knew her. But they saw someone struggling and stepped up without judgment or ulterior motives. Dylan thanking them is a lovely moment that reminds us not everyone in Los Angeles is scheming against their own family members.
It’s also a nice contrast to the Brooke and Katie disaster. Will and Electra are young people showing compassion to a near-stranger, while Brooke is assembling a war council to destroy her own sister’s business. The kids are alright. The adults? Not so much.
