General Hospital
Nathan West Looked Dante Falconeri Dead in the Eye and Lied About Faison on Tuesday’s General Hospital and We Need to Talk About It
Nathan West told Dante he knows nothing about Faison on General Hospital after weeks of research — that lie is going to blow up spectacularly.
NATHAN WEST CLAIMED HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT FAISON ON GENERAL HOSPITAL AND THAT IS THE MOST SUSPICIOUS LIE WE HAVE HEARD ALL YEAR
TL;DR: Dante Falconeri asked Nathan West point blank if his research into his past turned up anything about Faison on Tuesday’s General Hospital — and Nathan said he knows nothing, which means he is either protecting someone dangerous or he is about to become the villain nobody saw coming.
That Was the Worst Lie in Port Charles History
Honey, we need to talk about what Nathan West just did on Tuesday’s General Hospital, because that man looked his partner dead in the eye and lied like his life depended on it — and maybe it does.
Dante pulled Nathan into his office to deliver earth-shattering news: Anna Devane was found in France, traumatized and terrified, warning everyone that Faison is alive. Then Dante asked the question that should have cracked this whole thing wide open. He knows Nathan has been researching his past. He knows Nathan has been digging into his connection to the most dangerous man who ever terrorized Port Charles. So does Nathan have any ideas about what is going on?
Nathan’s answer? He knows nothing.
Nothing. After weeks of research. After his father’s name surfaces in connection with a kidnapping and a possible resurrection. After the woman who shot Faison escapes captivity screaming that the monster is still breathing. Nathan West suddenly has amnesia, and we are not buying a single syllable of it.

The Son of Faison Knows More Than He’s Saying
Here is the thing about Nathan West that everyone in Port Charles seems to have conveniently forgotten — he is Cesar Faison’s son. That blood runs through his veins whether he likes it or not. And while Nathan has spent years trying to distance himself from his father’s legacy, blood has a funny way of catching up with you in this town.
Nathan has been quietly researching his past. Dante knows it. The audience knows it. So what exactly did Nathan find that has him clamming up the second Faison’s name enters the conversation? Did he discover that dear old dad had a contingency plan? Did he find evidence that Faison built a resurrection protocol before he died? Or worse — did Nathan find out that he himself is part of whatever twisted experiment is happening beneath Wyndemere?
Britt Westbourne is being forced to complete “Faison’s final project” under threat of death. Anna was held captive with Faison’s voice taunting her. And Nathan — Faison’s only living son — suddenly knows nothing about anything?
Is Nathan Protecting Someone or Is He the Threat?
The possibilities here are delicious and terrifying in equal measure. Option one: Nathan discovered something so dangerous during his research that he is protecting Port Charles by staying silent. Maybe he found out who is really behind the Spoon Island operation and he is trying to handle it himself before anyone else gets hurt.
Option two is far more sinister. What if Nathan is in on his father’s grand plans? What if he What if the son of Faison has been pulled into his father’s orbit and is now working to exact revenge on his daddy’s behalf? Is that how he came back to life? Is he doing his father’s bidding?
Nathan could not even look at Dante when he lied. That was not the face of a man with nothing to hide. That was the face of a man carrying a secret so heavy it is about to crush him. And when that secret finally comes out — because secrets always come out in Port Charles — it is going to destroy everything Nathan has built.
The golden boy of the PCPD might just be the darkest horse in this race. And nobody sees it coming.
