First, he stole her medication — the meds she believes are keeping her alive, the ones she was going to smuggle to Jason Morgan so Brick could reverse engineer them and set her free. Then he showed up at her door with a syringe and announced that from now on, he will be administering her drugs personally. She will get one dose at a time. At Wyndemere. When she works.

Now? Cullum shows up with a syringe full of mystery liquid and jams it into her arm before she can even ask questions. Britt Westbourne — one of the most brilliant doctors in Port Charles — has been reduced to a lab rat who does not even know what chemicals are coursing through her veins.

What if it is not Huntington’s medication at all? What if it is something designed to keep her weak, compliant, dependent? What if every injection is actually causing her symptoms rather than treating them? Cullum now has complete control over what goes into Britt’s body, and she has no way to verify that anything he tells her is true.

The Cage Just Got Smaller

Think about the psychological torture of this arrangement. Britt cannot stockpile medication anymore. She cannot sneak samples to Jason. She cannot even control when she receives her doses — she has to go to Wyndemere, on their schedule, and submit to whatever Cullum wants to put in her arm.

He told her she was expendable. He stabbed that needle into her hard enough to hurt. And when he left, Britt was sobbing on her bed, completely broken. Jason climbed through her window offering hope, but Britt told him it was over. She told him to leave. She has given up.

And that is exactly what Cullum wanted.

Having a man show up to inject unknown substances into her body while she sits there helpless? This might be the thing that finally breaks her.

Unless Jason Morgan finds another way in. Unless Brick can get his hands on one of those syringes. Unless someone in Port Charles realizes that Britt is not just working at Wyndemere — she is being slowly, methodically destroyed.
