NATHAN WEST AND BRITT WESTBOURNE ARE BOTH FAISON’S CHILDREN AND BOTH BACK FROM THE DEAD AND NOW HE HAS SOMETHING TO TELL HER ON GENERAL HOSPITAL

TL;DR: Nathan West is going to shock Britt Westbourne on General Hospital according to upcoming spoilers — and considering they are both Faison’s children, both supposedly died, and both returned under mysterious circumstances, whatever he has to tell her could change everything.

Two Dead Children Who Are Not Dead

Let us set the stage. Nathan West died in 2018. Britt Westbourne died in 2022. They are both very much alive on General Hospital right now.

Nathan returned with no memory of the past seven years. Britt returned after her “death” turned out to be a Cassadine-funded escape. They are both Cesar Faison’s biological children. And according to spoilers, Nathan is about to tell Britt something that will shock her.

Given everything happening on Spoon Island — Britt being forced to complete their father’s “final project,” Cullum controlling her medication, the WSB involved in whatever is happening beneath Wyndemere — this conversation could blow the entire storyline wide open.

What do you think Nathan remembers from his missing seven years? What could he possibly tell Britt that would shock her? Write to amber@soapoperamagazine.com with your darkest theories! You may even see yours on our site next!

What Does Nathan Remember?

Nathan claims he remembers nothing from his seven missing years. He told Dante point blank that he has no insights into Faison. He has been researching his past but says he has found nothing useful.

But what if that is not true?

What if Nathan has started to remember fragments — pieces of those missing years that do not make sense? What if he knows something about their father’s “final project” that he has not told anyone? What if the shock he delivers to Britt is that he knows exactly what she has been forced to build?

Or worse — what if he knows because he was part of it?

Ross Cullum Said One of Faison’s Children Is “The Key”

WSB Director Ross Cullum told Jack Brennan that both of Faison’s dead children have returned, and “one of them is likely the key” to everything happening on Spoon Island.

Britt is clearly the tool. She is being forced to work, controlled by medication, manipulated at every turn. She is not the key — she is the prisoner.

So if Britt is the tool, that makes Nathan the key. But the key to what?

What if Nathan knows why he is the key? What if that knowledge is what he is about to share with Britt? What if the shock is not just information — but a warning?

The Darkest Theory: What If Nathan Is Not Nathan?

We have discussed this before, and we are bringing it up again. A fan theory has been circulating that Nathan West might actually be Cesar Faison — that when Nathan “died” seven years ago, Faison’s brain was transplanted into his son’s body.

If that theory is true, then Nathan shocking Britt takes on an entirely different meaning. What if this is Faison revealing himself to his daughter? What if he is about to tell her the truth about who — or what — she has been working for this entire time?

Jack Brennan already suspects Nathan is faking something. Cullum said one of the children is the key. And now Nathan is seeking out his sister to deliver shocking news.

We do not trust any of it.

Britt Is Already in Danger

Whatever Nathan tells her, Britt is in no position to handle more bad news. She is being held hostage by her own medical condition. Cullum took her medication and now only administers it himself at Wyndemere. Jason promised to help her replicate the drugs, but that plan has stalled.

If Nathan delivers news that puts her in even more danger — or reveals that the brother she thought she could trust is not who he seems — Britt could be in serious trouble.

And with Jason unable to get close to her without raising suspicion, she might be facing whatever comes next completely alone.
