Eden McCoy told Soap Opera Digest that Josslyn Jacks’s reaction is layered. “The first one is, ‘Oh, my God — this happened to somebody else!'” McCoy explained. “It also makes Josslyn realize that what happened to Anna was a targeted attack.” Reading between the lines, this isn’t just a clue — this is the moment Josslyn stops thinking like a hostage and starts thinking like a spy. She’s hoping that if she confronts him about this, he’ll give her some more details about what he’s a part of.”
