The Adoption Meeting Was the Final Straw
Brook Lynn was at Miller & Davis with Chase and Alexis to finalize Phoebe’s closed adoption. Then Chase got the call. Willow had expedited the adoption petition with the director of social services because of course she had. Willow was on her way over with the paperwork because of course she was. Brook Lynn watched Chase’s whole face light up at Willow’s name and she had seen enough.

Brook Lynn’s exact words to Alexis were that Willow was always “right there” when she was needed. Alexis rolled her eyes when Willow gushed about owing her freedom to Chase and Alexis both.
