She is an ISA analyst with a direct line to Rafe Hernandez, a promise to deliver the drug to the agency, and a boss who has told her repeatedly not to let her personal feelings compromise the operation.

EJ told her he was sorry he could not give the drug to her mother. He’s also turned down Paulina, who wanted the drug for Chanel, EJ’s own daughter in law. He said no to her as well.

EJ said no because he could not, in good conscious, give the drug to people when he knew it would harm them. Does EJ actually HAVE a good conscious? He just might!
