Days of Our Lives Recap September 11, 2026: Belle Black Exposes the Kiriakis Mansion Buyer
Days of Our Lives recap September 11 2026: Belle Black links the mansion buyer to Stefano’s clue trail as Rafe guts Gwen’s hospital bid.
DAYS OF OUR LIVES RECAP: THE MANSION BUYER OWNS THE BUILDING IN THE CLUES
TL;DR: Your Days of Our Lives recap for September 11, 2026. Belle Black learned that the man buying the Kiriakis mansion owns the Italian building at the end of Stefano’s clue trail, Maggie Kiriakis closed the sale, and Rafe Hernandez handed Gwen Rizczech’s own letter to the hospital board.
Belle Black Traced a Dinner Reservation Nobody Booked
The Days of Our Lives recap September 11 2026 turns on one line nobody in Salem heard. In Italy, Belle Black and Chad DiMera got a notification for a dinner reservation neither of them booked. The number was out of order, so they looked up the address instead and found a green staircase.
Belle handed the pile to Paul, who rang back with the detail that cracks it open. The building was once a convent of the holy trinity, which is exactly where that Celtic knot has pointed since July. Then he named the owner.
The owner is the man buying the Kiriakis mansion. Belle said it to Chad like a footnote at the end of a long day. It is not a footnote. One man now holds Victor’s house and the building at the end of Stefano’s puzzle, and the only two people who know both halves are nowhere near the family. Our Salem arrivals roundup tracks the month’s new faces.

Days of Our Lives Recap: Maggie Kiriakis Closed the Sale on Victor’s House
At the mansion, Maggie Kiriakis told Xander Kiriakis the buyer had signed and the deal was done, then stayed to comfort him. Xander said he brought it all on himself. Maggie told him to stop beating himself up, and said the thing he needed to hear: she has watched him change, the fuse that used to light no longer does, and he is a wonderful father.
She named the other loss too. Sarah Horton and Victoria live at Brady Black‘s house now. Xander admitted he felt like a fool for thinking he and Sarah were finding their way back, then told Maggie what he overheard at the daddy daughter dance, that Sarah told Brady she loved him. The family sold to keep the house away from EJ DiMera after he called the Titan loan.
Who Took Gwen Rizczech’s Letter on Days of Our Lives?
Cat Greene took it, back on July 27. She hacked the lawyer’s computer, lifted Gwen Rizczech‘s sealed confession and handed it to her handler, and admitted as much on screen. Here is the part nobody has written down. Leo Stark went for that letter, found the folder empty, and spent six weeks blaming EJ. Friday is when he remembered telling Cat it existed.
Rafe Hernandez Handed Over the Letter and Smiled About It
Cat turned up at Rafe Hernandez‘s place rattled, certain EJ has stopped trusting her. Rafe said EJ is probably just busy in Italy, told her she matters to him and that he wants her safe, then told her what he had done. He gave Gwen’s letter to the hospital board, and the board rejected her. They were still toasting when the pounding started.
Cat slipped out the back and Gwen came in hot. She told Rafe the whole world will now read her as EJ’s partner in his science project. “I hate to break it to you, Gwen, but you were,” he said, then reminded her she could have taken his sweetheart deal. Her parting shot matters: with no buyer, the state takes the hospital outright, and Rafe shrugged that off as better than her or EJ running it.
Days of Our Lives Recap: Rita Lesley Lied to EJ DiMera Again
Rita Lesley did not clock that the video was on, so EJ caught her spread out in his living room. She reported that Cat’s backstory checks out, and he decided that is exactly what the ISA would arrange. Keep digging, he told her. She passed on the rejection, suggested the minibar, and claimed she has nothing on the mansion buyer.
She gave him that buyer’s name eight days ago. She also lied about Stefano’s ring in Tuesday’s episode, so the pattern is set. Asked why he went to Italy with Sydney elsewhere, EJ said he would not call the trip wasted. Then both of them landed on Rolf as whoever is feeding Belle and Chad, and EJ sent her to find him.
Days of Our Lives Recap: Leo Stark Made Cat Greene an Offer
In the square, Leo stopped Cat and told her flatly he knows she gave the letter to Rafe. She denied the ISA and said she does not even know Rafe, one scene after leaving his house by the back door. Leo did not buy a syllable. He said they both know more runs through DiMera than stolen handbags, offered a reporter’s trade, then asked about the distribution chain on those purses. She walked.
We have a prediction about who keeps booking those reservations, and we suspect yours is sharper. Drop it in the comments and let us argue it out.

Salem Sold the House to the Wrong Man
Look hard at the trade Salem made. Maggie gave up Victor’s house so EJ could never touch it, and the buyer she signed with owns the building at the end of Stefano’s clue trail. Reading between the lines, that family escaped nobody. They swapped a shadow they could see for one they cannot.
Worse, the two people holding the name treat it as trivia, and the man who lost the house was never told. My gut says the next person to say that name in the Kiriakis living room will not be paying a social call. Come argue the timeline on our Facebook page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Did the Kiriakis mansion actually sell on Days of Our Lives?
Yes. Maggie Kiriakis told Xander on September 11 that the buyer had signed the paperwork and the deal was done. The family agreed to sell back on August 19 to keep the house away from EJ DiMera after he called the Titan loan.
Why does EJ DiMera think Rolf is helping Belle and Chad?
EJ told Rita the clues were reaching Belle and Chad in real time, which points at someone living who knows Stefano’s work. Rolf fits, and he has been off screen since August 24. Belle reached the same name back on August 26.
