DAYS OF OUR LIVES SPOILERS: KAYLA JOHNSON HAS STOPPED THIS ONCE BEFORE AND SHE IS ABOUT TO DO IT AGAIN

TL;DR: Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday put Kayla Johnson in Sarah’s corner, one day after legal action lands on the doctor who reported DiMera to a federal regulator. Maggie lets Xander and Philip know exactly what she thinks, Holly corners Mason, and Steve and Brady keep working their case.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Kayla Johnson Steps In Front of Sarah Horton

Days of Our Lives spoilers September 22, 2026 hand Sarah Horton the one thing Monday did not, which is somebody willing to stand next to her in public. Kayla Johnson spends Tuesday defending her. Not one published spoiler names who Kayla is arguing with, and not one of them names the charge, the plaintiff or the court Sarah is facing.

Here is what Sarah did to earn the paperwork. On September 15 she sat in the Brady Pub with Brady Black and Xander Cook Kiriakis and told Xander she had filed an anonymous complaint with the FDA, in her own capacity as a doctor, alleging DiMera dumped an arsenic-tainted batch of Coriseal on Smith Island. She said the decision was hers and the plan was her idea rather than Brady’s, then apologised to Xander for not letting him weigh in first. The FDA is looking into that complaint and nothing beyond it has been confirmed on screen.

The anonymous part did not survive the week. By Friday the news had reached EJ DiMera, who heard it from his own assistant and walked straight out of the room, and the moment he was gone she told a portrait of EJ’s late father that everything was playing out as planned. The rest of the week sits in our ongoing daily coverage of the show.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Maggie Kiriakis Makes Her Disapproval Plain

Tuesday is not all hospital corridors. Maggie Kiriakis makes her disapproval of Philip Kiriakis and Xander perfectly clear, and the grids stop right there. Nothing published says what she is unhappy about. Nothing published says how either man takes it.

Philip has only just landed back in Salem off a win in Monte Carlo, and Monday’s episode sours that homecoming before the hour is out. His seat at that table was bought to save something, and he came home a winner. If I know these writers, Maggie already knows exactly where the money went, and Xander is simply standing in the wrong room at the wrong minute.

Why is Kayla Johnson defending Sarah Horton on Days of Our Lives?

Because she has done it before and she won. No spoiler gives Kayla a reason, so here is the record instead. On July 17, 2026 EJ tried to have Sarah pushed out of Salem University Hospital, for the reason Xander said out loud at the time, that she was getting too close to the Coriseal truth. He did not get her out. The person who stopped him, in that same stretch, was Kayla, who told EJ to his face that the board had just revoked his ownership rights.

So Tuesday is the second time in nine weeks that these three have stood in this exact formation. The doctor EJ tried to remove in July is the doctor in trouble in September, and the colleague who blocked him then is the one speaking up now. Not one outlet covering this week has put those two scenes beside each other. Reading between the lines, Kayla is not defending a friend so much as finishing an argument she started in the summer.

One more thing worth holding on to while Tuesday plays out. Nobody is confirmed to be in charge of Salem University Hospital at the moment. The board revoked EJ’s ownership rights on July 17 and put a divestment clock on him, the approved purchase that was meant to follow collapsed on September 11, and no source has named who holds the place today. Do not be surprised if that vacuum turns out to matter more to this story than anyone in Salem has noticed.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Holly Jonas Corners Mason Whitfield and Steve Johnson Keeps Digging

Holly Jonas spends part of Tuesday confronting Mason Whitfield, and that is every word the grids give us. No spoiler says what she puts to him, and none says what he gives back. What we do get is the shape of it, which is Holly doing the asking and Mason on the back foot.

Steve Johnson and Brady keep working their case, the fourth week running that sentence has turned up in a spoiler grid. The two of them run Black Patch together and Brady has been picking at the tainted Coriseal story for weeks. No published spoiler confirms Tuesday’s case is that one. My gut tells me it is, and that the two threads meet in a hospital corridor before the week is out.

Kayla Johnson Is the Worst Possible Opponent for Whoever Filed This

Somebody in Salem decided the right answer to a doctor reporting contaminated pills was to come after the doctor. Whoever that is picked the one hospital fight they have already lost, and the woman who beat them in July walks back into it on Tuesday.

Our money is on Kayla making somebody deeply uncomfortable in a corridor, because she does not lose these. Tell us who you think is actually moving the pieces here, and come argue the rest of it out with us on our Facebook page.
