The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers September 25 pick up one day after Katie Logan Spencer said the quiet part to her son’s face. Will Spencer walked into Logan on Thursday, called Melissa “Miss” Dylan his girlfriend, and said he wanted to show her where he works. Katie exploded, promised to do everything necessary to ensure his safety, and delivered her verdict: “Melissa Dylan is not Spencer material.”
Here is the awkward part. Katie was not born a Spencer. She was born a Logan, Brooke’s sister, and the Spencer in her name came from marrying Bill Spencer, Will’s father. The woman guarding the gate walked through it herself. Nobody has said that to her face yet.

Katie Logan Spencer Is Starting to Sound Like Stephanie
Longtime viewers know exactly where “not good enough for this family” comes from. Stephanie Forrester spent years treating Katie’s sister Brooke like she was not Forrester material. Katie had a front row seat to all of it. Now she has picked up the same line, swapped in her married name, and aimed it at Dylan.
The irony runs deeper at the office. Katie built House of Logan with Bill’s money, and on the same Thursday she called Dylan unworthy, she was plotting to lure Zende Forrester Dominguez away from Forrester. She is courting the designer Forrester overlooked while telling her son’s girlfriend she does not measure up. Does Dylan Need Katie’s Approval to Date Will on Bold and the Beautiful?
No, and on Friday her mother says so. Darcy Dylan is scheduled to remind her daughter that she is not dating Katie and does not need Katie’s approval to be with Will. It lands one day after Dylan told Darcy she wishes Katie could find a way to accept her, which makes it a pep talk and a warning at the same time. The Real Reason Katie Logan Spencer Said Safety
Class makes the better headline, but Katie’s actual words were about Will’s safety, and that points somewhere darker. Dylan was behind the wheel of the car that killed Luna Nozawa in November 2025, and Luna was pregnant with Will’s baby. It was ruled an accident, Dylan faced no charges, and Will has known the whole time. My read is that Katie is fighting about Luna and reaching for status because it is easier to say out loud.
That is why the snub backfires. If her real problem is the accident, “not Spencer material” is the wrong weapon, and it hands Will a perfect answer. Don’t be surprised if he reminds his mother exactly how she became a Spencer.
Across town on Friday, Zende is scheduled to hit his limit about one day into sharing the Electra line with RJ Forrester, fed up with playing second fiddle. Katie wants him. On this show, timing like that is never an accident.
My gut says Katie Logan Spencer wins the fight for Zende and loses the one for Will. Early chatter for next week says Katie snaps again, none of it confirmed. If Dylan walks into Logan on Will’s arm, there is only one direction for that snap to go.

Here is where we land. Katie has a real case against Dylan, and it has nothing to do with bloodlines. She buried it under the worst possible line, the same kind her own family spent years hearing from Stephanie. That is a fixable mistake, and Will is not going to wait around for her to fix it.
