KATIE LOGAN SPENCER CAN’T DISCOVER A SECRET SHE HEARD IN AUGUST

TL;DR: Fans say Katie is about to learn who Dylan really is. She already knows the real name, the crash that killed Luna, cousin Remy and the months Dylan lived in her car. The real threat to the Zende plan is Zende.

The Secret Katie Already Heard

The chatter this week says Katie Logan Spencer is about to learn Dylan’s true identity on Bold and the Beautiful, and that the reveal will blow up her plan to use the girl to lure Zende to Logan. It’s a juicy pitch. It also runs straight into a wall. Katie already knows exactly who Melissa “Miss” Dylan is, and she has known for weeks.

She calls Melissa Dylan by her real first name to her face: “Finish the job, Melissa.” On August 27, Katie brought up the crash that killed Luna Nozawa while grilling her at the beach house, in the same scene where cousin Remy Pryce and his history with Electra Forrester came up. On September 3, Darcy Dylan let it slip that her daughter had been living in her car.

We flagged that August scene when Katie went after Dylan over money instead of Luna’s death, and you can follow every move in this week’s Bold and the Beautiful spoilers. No preview so far has Katie learning anything new about her son’s girlfriend.

Every Big Secret Is Already Out

The phrase “true identity” has been used on this girl before. In November 2025, Dylan confessed to Electra that she was driving the car that hit Luna. On December 1, she told Luna’s father, John ‘Finn’ Finnegan, and Steffy Forrester Finnegan at the cliff house: “It was me.” Will Spencer, Katie’s son, walked in with her.

Then on March 11, Dylan told Steffy her first name is actually Melissa, and that was billed as her big identity reveal. Sydney Bullock, who plays her, shot down the wildest version of this chatter back in February: her character is “not Luna in a mask.”

The only secret left is one nobody on screen knows. Darcy has never named the man who walked out on them, and we ran the family trees on the men who could be Dylan’s father. If a reveal is coming, that is where it lives.

Does Katie Know Dylan Was Driving the Car That Killed Luna?

Yes. Katie raised the crash on August 27, and here is the part nobody is talking about: she did nothing with it. Every objection she has made out loud is about money, class, secrecy and the Spencer name, from “not Spencer material” to “rebound relationship.” She was holding the deadliest card in the deck and played the Zende card instead. My read: Katie doesn’t think Dylan is dangerous, she thinks she’s useful.

The Zende Plan Already Cracked

The scheme isn’t waiting on a reveal to fall apart. On September 28, Katie told Dylan she wanted Zende Forrester Dominguez at Logan, and Dylan asked whether she was supposed to help steal another Forrester. A day later Zende texted Hope “No thank you,” and that is the episode where Katie ordered Melissa Dylan to finish the Zende job.

Thursday, Melissa Dylan finally got Zende to listen. She told him he owed it to himself to hear Hope out. He worked out that Katie had put her up to it, and he didn’t say yes. Earlier, at the beach house, Will had told her she has nothing to prove.

Asset Today, Liability by Monday

Friday’s preview has Hope Logan Spencer and Katie laying everything on the table. It does not say Zende is in the room. If he walks for good, Katie loses the designer she wants and her reason to keep Dylan close, all in one afternoon.

Here’s the twist I’d bet on. If anybody turns Dylan into a liability, it will be Katie herself, dusting off that August conversation about Luna the moment the Zende job fails. Don’t be surprised if she sells it as protecting Will from Melissa Dylan. Katie never needed a secret. She just needed a reason.

Katie Doesn’t Need a Reveal to Turn on Dylan

The fans have it backwards. The danger to Dylan was never a secret Katie might find. It is the secret Katie already has, sitting in her pocket while Dylan runs errands for Logan. Zende saying no just takes away the only reason Katie had to keep it there.

We are Team Dylan on this one, because she owned up to the people she hurt most and still can’t win. Tell us whether Katie plays the Luna card over on our Facebook page.
