These General Hospital spoilers for Willow start in a hospital room. The new weekly promo shows Lulu Spencer quietly starting an audio recording on her phone while Jenz Sidwell talks from his bed. Lulu makes her daring play on Tuesday, October 6, and the subject of her story is Willow Cain.
Then the bomb goes off. News alerts hit phones all over Port Charles: Michael Corinthos and Brook Lynn at the mansion, Ava somewhere across town, and Chase in the middle of a lunch. Tracy Quartermaine looks at the screen and smiles: “That’s the real Willow.” Lulu’s article makes waves on Thursday, October 8.
Why Sidwell? Because he knows exactly what Willow did. Back in February, he leaned over a locked-in Drew and said, “I know that Willow put you in this bed. In fact, she couldn’t have done it without me.” Sidwell supplied the paralytic, and now he’s the one on tape.

Brook Lynn Gets Her Wish
Talk about timing. On Tuesday, Brook Lynn Quartermaine confides in Valentin Cassadine and says she wishes someone could open Chase’s eyes to who Willow really is. The same day, Willow and Harrison Chase sit down for a heart to heart about his marriage.
Chase is already halfway out the door. On Monday he met his lawyer Monet to start the legal separation that shattered Brook Lynn, and Britt Westbourne told Willow that the one who got away has a marriage circling the drain. Tracy and Michael have been plotting a Willow scandal since September, and we called it when Tracy and Michael started scheming. Now somebody else may do the dirty work for them.
What exactly does the story say? That’s still under wraps. Spoiler chatter has floated an affair angle, but the promo points straight at Sidwell, and Sidwell’s dirt on Willow Cain is about Drew, not romance. Willow was acquitted of shooting Drew, so she can’t be tried twice for that. The drugging is another matter entirely.
Will Lulu’s Recording Clear Sonny on General Hospital?
Not according to anything in the spoilers. Every preview aims Lulu’s tape and her article at Willow Cain, and on Friday, October 9, Dante’s investigation into the Pentonville attack still hits a roadblock. Sonny Corinthos already lost round one. On Monday he told Justine Turner he never ordered the attack on Sidwell, and she ended their romance anyway. Here’s how Sonny’s plea to Justine was set up.
But look who’s in that hospital room. Sidwell is the man who got beaten at Pentonville in Sonny’s name, and the promo also shows Drew Cain turning up at the hospital. Viewers know Drew and Ava Jerome set up that attack, which we flagged in our Drew frame prediction. Two cover-ups now run through one hospital bed: Willow’s and Drew’s.
Drew Wins Either Way
My gut tells me Drew is happy to watch Lulu hang Willow out to dry. Exposing Willow’s crimes keeps every eye off Pentonville, and Vito, the one man who could say who changed Sonny’s order, has already skipped town on Drew and Ava’s dime. If I know these writers, the timing on Thursday is no accident either: the article lands the same day Ava pitches Drew a partnership against a new target.
Here’s the catch. A cornered Willow Cain has nothing left to lose, and she knows things about Drew that could blow his new alliance sky high. Don’t be surprised if the exposé that was supposed to bury Willow ends up dragging Drew down with her. Our two weeks of spoilers has every twist on the calendar.
