DAYS OF OUR LIVES RECAP: JOY WESLEY IS MOVING TO THE KIRIAKIS MANSION, AND SHE WANTS ALEX TO FOLLOW

TL;DR: Your Days of Our Lives recap for October 15, 2026. Alex moves Joy and Kelsey to the Kiriakis mansion, Joy leaves her pill bottle on the floor and flirts with Tate, and Abe and Theo set Lexie’s memorial.

Days of Our Lives Recap: Joy Wesley Leaves Her Pills on the Floor

The Days of Our Lives recap October 15, 2026 leaves a bottle of muscle relaxers lying on a guest room floor, and the woman who dropped it has no idea. Joy Wesley is being moved out of the apartment and into the Kiriakis mansion. Her answer is a plan to bring Alex Kiriakis with her.

It started with Alex telling Stephanie Johnson the news first. Justin is letting Joy and Kelsey move into the mansion, gym, pool and even a nanny included. Stephanie worried Joy would balk.

Then she said what she really thinks: Joy wants Alex. His answer was simple. “She knows I’m married to you.”

Joy heard every word over the baby monitor. That was not enough for her, so she stepped out of the bedroom to hear more. When Tate arrived for her session, she snuck back into her chair, never noticing her pill vial had hit the floor.

She has a bigger pill problem, too. Joy is almost out of the muscle relaxers her father has been sending. She called him for more, told him she spilled some down the sink and promised she has not been taking too many. He agreed to send another batch.

Days of Our Lives Recap: Joy Turns on the Charm for Tate Black

The workout did not go the way Tate Black planned. Alex announced the move in the middle of it. Joy was not happy, and it showed.

With the muscle relaxer clearly kicking in, Joy started flirting. She asked Tate to spot her, squeezed his arm and complimented his muscles, all while keeping Alex in the corner of her eye. Tate got uncomfortable, backed away and ended the session. Then Joy asked Alex about Tate’s relationship status and said she did not remember Tate being so hot.

Alex took it as good news. He found Stephanie and told her Joy was “hardcore flirting with Tate.” Stephanie was not reassured.

Is Joy Wesley Moving Into the Kiriakis Mansion?

Yes, and she is not going quietly. Joy was not happy that Stephanie got her way, then took a good look at the deal: a pool, a nanny and a gym down the hall. She told baby Kelsey the new goal is getting Alex to move into the mansion with them one day. Stephanie first went to Alex with her worries in our preview of Stephanie confronting Alex about Joy, and our Days of Our Lives spoilers have Sophia walking back into Salem on Friday.

Days of Our Lives Recap: Holly Jonas Trains With Mason Whitfield

Tate canceled his movie date with Holly Jonas to train Joy, and Holly had her own plans anyway. She took the hotline volunteer spot and trained with Mason Whitfield, who has apologized for how hard he was on her about Sophia. “There’s nothing I can do to save Sophia,” Holly said, but maybe she can make a difference for other people.

Mason was surprised by how sharp she is, and they found out they like the same artists. He also spotted the “Room for Rent” sign on the Pub’s front door.

Abe and Theo Carver Plan Lexie’s Memorial

At the Brady Pub, Abe Carver and his son, Theo Carver, set a memorial for Lexie Carver for early November, on her birthday. Holly stopped in and gave Abe a hug. Theo looked over the guest list and could barely read his father’s handwriting. Abe blamed his missing glasses. Keep an eye on that one.

Julie Williams Cancels on Foster Again

Julie Williams canceled another date with Foster, saying she promised to help Maggie Kiriakis move back into her house. Maggie suspected a cover story. Julie admitted she still feels married to Doug. “He no longer walks the Earth, but he’s alive in my heart.”

As a friend, she said, Foster is ideal, and anything more she does not know. Maggie, who feels guilty about how the family got her house back, urged her to be honest with him. Julie also had some gossip: she thinks Marlena knows something secretive about Dominic Marino.

Who finds Joy’s pill bottle first? Write to Amber Sinclair at amber@soapoperamagazine.com and tell us.

Should Julie give Foster a real chance? Tell us in the comments.

Joy Wesley Just Moved Her Lie Into a Bigger House

Stephanie won the round and Joy still came out ahead. A mansion has more rooms, more staff and more eyes, which sounds like a bad place to hide anything. Joy is betting on the opposite. Our bet is that the bottle on the floor does her in before the boxes are even packed, and that Tate, who already backed away from her once, is the one who notices.
