TODAY ON DAYTIME – Thursday, October 22 Spoilers: Old Wounds Come Knocking, True Feelings Finally Get Confessed, and a Shocking Turn Sneaks Up on Everyone

Thursday’s Spoilers hand Days of Our Lives a shocking turn and a long-overdue confession, send Bold and the Beautiful racing to the hospital while a hopeful sister plays peacemaker, crash a family celebration on Beyond the Gates with a guest nobody ordered, keep General Hospital gossiping while the waiting-room clock ticks, and have Young and the Restless trading promises, second thoughts, and one very pointed interrogation. Here’s what’s coming.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers

Steve Johnson has been playing night-shift detective lately, so when our Spoilers say his investigation takes a shocking turn, we’d bet our last stakeout donut it lands on someone who thought they were being terribly clever. Salem has never run short of people who believe they’ve covered their tracks, or of tracks that get found by a man with a thermos and a grudge. Whatever Steve digs up, it is not staying in the car.

Over on the romance beat, Javi Hernandez confesses his true feelings to Leo Stark, a man whose last dinner date ended in a counterfeit-purse arrest and whose emotional range runs from dramatic to dramatic with a podcast. It’s either the start of something beautiful or the setup for a very theatrical episode, and Leo will have a microphone ready either way. Elsewhere, Theo Carver extends an invitation to EJ DiMera, which in this town is either an act of kindness or the first line of a very long trap.

On a more serious note, Johnny DiMera and Chanel Dupree prepare for her lumpectomy, and after everything this couple has already been through, we’re sending every good thought we have their way. It’s the quiet center of a very loud lineup, and it deserves to be treated that way.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers

Donna Logan is hopeful that her sisters will finally end their feud, which is adorable optimism from a woman who has watched this family hold a grudge longer than most governments. Peace talks in the Logan family have a way of ending with a raised voice and a brand-new battle line, but we have to admire the commitment. Somebody get her a cushion for those expectations.

Elsewhere, Steffy Forrester and Carter Walton rush to the hospital, and our Spoilers aren’t saying why. Given everything those two are already carrying, an urgent dash through the sliding doors is bound to have the whole town doing math. Whatever is waiting for them, it will not be a quiet visiting hour.

Beyond the Gates Spoilers

The whole family gathers to celebrate Dani Dupree’s life and career, which should be the loveliest evening Fairmont Crest has had in ages. Then a surprise guest shows up carrying old wounds, and nothing ruins a toast quite like a plus-one with a past. Somebody should have checked the guest list for baggage.

That leaves Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne and Chelsea Hamilton, who happen to be Dani’s daughters, plus Andre Richardson, who happens to be her husband, to deal with the fallout. Andre has spent weeks side-eyeing every ex in Dani’s orbit, so he’s hardly short on practice, but there’s a difference between practice and a main event. Family celebrations in this town come with a seating chart and a grudge, and it sounds like somebody has been rearranging the place cards.

General Hospital Spoilers

Britt Westbourne turns up with juicy gossip for Lucas Jones, and after the stretch she’s had of clearing rooms, Lucas knows to pull up a chair and hold his questions until she finishes. Who the gossip is about is staying under wraps, which in Port Charles means roughly half the town should check their phones for incoming doom.

Chase is thrown for a loop, and Emma Scorpio-Drake puts on her detective hat, which in a town with this many unsolved mysteries means she has her pick of the litter. Ava Jerome gets put on the spot, and for Ava that’s less an ambush than a stage.

On a quieter, more anxious note, Michael Corinthos and Jordan Ashford await medical news, and we’re hoping for the kind that lets everyone exhale. It’s the one scene in Port Charles nobody is going to joke about.

Young and the Restless Spoilers

Victor Newman interrogates Nick Newman, which is what happens when a father’s idea of concern arrives with a desk lamp and a stare. Nick has been asked “are you okay?” by nearly everyone he knows, so a cross-examination at least counts as variety. Genoa City’s patriarch has never met a question he couldn’t make sound like a verdict.

Chelsea Lawson sees a new side to Adam Newman, and after he helped bring a baby into the world, we’d say the timing tracks. Nothing resets a first impression quite like a very hands-on delivery.

Billy Abbott makes a promise to Sally Spectra, and with a wedding, a baby, and family worries all crowding the honeymoon, we hope it’s one he can keep. Nikki Newman has a change of heart about a rival, which in a town with this many rivalries narrows it down to roughly everyone.
