DOOL SPOILERS AUGUST 3 TO 7: EJ FINDS LEXIE AS KRISTEN SLIPS THE NET

TL;DR: DOOL spoilers for August 3 to 7, 2026 put EJ through the worst week of his life on Days of Our Lives. He finds a collapsed Lexie on Monday, loses Kristen to a Susan disguise by Thursday, and watches Holly learn his ugliest secret while Titan wobbles into Friday.

Monday, August 3: EJ Finds Lexie at the Airfield and the Swap Blows Up

DOOL spoilers next week, August 3 to 7, 2026, open with EJ DiMera strolling into that airfield to ship his sister off to DiMera Island, and finding the wrong sister on the floor. Lexie Carver collapsed trying to free Kristen DiMera from that locked shipping container, and once EJ and his assistant Rita revive her, the swap plot is out in the open. EJ carries Lexie home to the DiMera mansion, where she confesses she told Abe Carver and Theo Carver she was visiting Celeste because she could not bear to make them watch her die twice.

Cat Greene walks into the mansion mid-crisis and gets an eyeful, while Kristen is suddenly loose with nothing left to lose. Across town, Philip Kiriakis crows to Kate Roberts that Gabi Hernandez and her inheritance money just saved Titan. Kate’s face says it all, because in her book DiMera cash is never free. Philip also traps Sarah Horton and Xander Cook Kiriakis in a room together and lets chemistry do the rest.

Meanwhile Rafe Hernandez is done circling and prepares his move to bring EJ down for good. Chad DiMera and Belle Black shelve their Italy trip and keep digging into Stefano’s chess set, with Dr. Marlena Evans making her disapproval loud and clear.

Tuesday, August 4: Leo Reaches Gwen in Alamainia

Tuesday belongs to Leo Stark, who finally finds Gwen Rizczech in Alamainia, locked away by her captor Dimitri. Back home, Javi Hernandez fears the worst for his husband. Dimitri fooled Leo once before, and he is not famous for playing fair. For daytime dish beyond Salem, our friends at Daytime Soap Stop are keeping tabs too.

Sarah spends Tuesday unable to shake her feelings for Xander, who gets slapped with a hard truth of his own. Brady Black seeks Marlena’s guidance. Reading between the lines, Philip’s lock-in may have worked better than anyone in the Kiriakis mansion wants to admit.

What Happens Next Week on Days of Our Lives?

Next week, August 3 to 7, EJ’s revenge scheme against Kristen collapses, Lexie says an emotional goodbye, Holly learns EJ framed her, Kristen sneaks a disguised visit to Rachel, Leo and Gwen make a desperate move in Alamainia, and Titan’s rescue starts cracking. Every domino lands on a DiMera.

Here is the connection nobody else is making. Susan warned EJ on July 29 that he was turning into Stefano, and one week later the man finds his dying sister collapsed inside his own trap, loses his hostage, and watches his arsenic cover-up spill open. This is not a bad week. This is a prophecy landing.

Wednesday, August 5 DOOL Spoilers: Lexie Says Goodbye

Wednesday is the one to keep tissues handy for, because Lexie says goodbye. The spoilers stop short of saying she dies, but a woman who hid her decline to spare her family does not stage a farewell lightly. Theo opens up to Stephanie Johnson, and Paulina Price turns to Lani Price for help as the family braces itself.

Elsewhere, Alex Kiriakis makes a heartfelt plea to Joy, and Johnny DiMera hears disturbing news straight from his father, landing on a family already holding its breath over Lexie.

Thursday, August 6 DOOL Spoilers: Holly Learns the Truth and Kristen Plays Susan

Thursday detonates the secret EJ has been sitting on for weeks. Holly Jonas finally learns he framed her after weeks in a hospital bed carrying the blame for his arsenic cover-up. Gabi takes open satisfaction in EJ’s misery, and for once, who could blame her?

Then comes the stunt of the week. Kristen disguises herself as Susan Banks to slip past everyone and visit Rachel Black, fresh from Bayview, with Stacy Haiduk playing both women. Xander and Philip’s Titan celebration comes to a crashing halt the same day, while Brady and Steve Johnson hit another dead end on their case.

Friday, August 7 DOOL Spoilers: Titan Teeters and Joy Gets Crushing News

Friday leaves everything on a cliff. Titan’s future hangs in the balance days after Gabi’s money supposedly saved it, and my gut says Kate’s dreaded strings are already pulling. Joy receives devastating news and it is Alex, not anyone else, standing beside her through it. Stephanie confides in Kayla Johnson the same day, and don’t be surprised if that talk is about where her marriage is drifting.

Over in Alamainia, Leo and Gwen make a desperate move while Javi refuses to back down at home. If I know these writers, it goes sideways just long enough to hurt.

The Phoenix Ring Cannot Protect EJ From His Own Family

Our take: EJ built this week’s wreckage with his own two hands. He caged one sister and the trap caught the dying one, rough poetic justice if we ever saw it. Holly learning the truth arrives right as Rafe sharpens the knife.

The only real question is which loss cuts EJ deepest: the hostage, the secret, or the sister. We say it is Lexie, and that he will not admit it even to himself. Come argue with us about it on our Facebook page, where the DiMera debates are already raging.
