This General Hospital recap opens at the isolated property in Mount Emerson, where Anna Devane finally snaps and goes full vigilante on Britt Westbourne, a gun in her hand and murder plainly on her mind. Britt begs her old friend to be reasonable, but the ghost of Peter August hovers behind her shoulder, cheering her on toward the trigger.

Jason Morgan shows up uninvited, and Anna practically snarls that she wished he’d stayed away, spinning the gun on him instead and swearing she’ll shoot her own friend if he gets between her and Britt. Britt, cornered but composed, explains that Anna tricked the staff at her own mental facility to get free, a detail that lands with the weight of confirmation nobody wanted.

Jason tries appealing to whatever’s left of the old Anna, insisting Britt is a victim of Ross Cullum too, not a monster to be executed on principle. Anna won’t budge, calling Britt the last living proof that Cesar Faison‘s evil never really died, and insisting the only way to protect her family for good is to put Britt in the ground.

Elsewhere in this General Hospital Recap, Jason plays his last card, reminding Anna that Faison’s blood also runs through Maxie’s kids, James and Bailey Lou, and that killing Britt would only turn Anna into the cold-blooded monster Faison always wanted her to become. Peter reappears at her ear, hissing at her not to let Jason talk her out of it, but something in Anna finally cracks as Jason begs her to hand over the gun before Britt becomes another casualty of Faison’s legacy.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Secret Blows Up the Whole Family

Back at the mansion, Trina Robinson finally corners Brook Lynn Quartermaine over what she overheard between her and Chase, and Brook Lynn admits she was the second driver in Curtis and Jordan’s crash, though she swears she never saw proof anyone got hurt. The apology lands nowhere with Jordan Ashford, who’s still furious Brook Lynn let the truth simmer for this long.

Tracy Quartermaine jumps to her granddaughter’s defense, pointing out Brook Lynn didn’t cause the crash or throw the punch that landed on Isaiah, but Trina isn’t having it, snapping that Brook Lynn watched the Ashford family tear itself apart and said nothing. She storms out with Kai Taylor on her heels, leaving Ned Quartermaine to walk in on the wreckage and demand answers.

Harrison Chase blasts his wife in front of the entire family, admitting he always suspected she was hiding something, but never imagined she was the other driver. Brook Lynn chases him into the foyer, where he demands to know why she broke their no-more-secrets promise. She confesses she’d had a glass of wine that night and was terrified of losing Phoebe if she called the police, but Chase can’t forgive her for letting Willow take the blame instead, and he storms out to the gatehouse for the night.

Gio Palmieri tears into Tracy for helping cover up Brook Lynn’s role, accusing the family of learning nothing from what he went through last year. He even wonders aloud if Brook Lynn only built the showcase for Trina out of guilt, though Ned insists she genuinely believes in Gio and Trina’s talent. Gio storms out with Emma anyway, and Ned finds his daughter sobbing on the staircase, wailing that she’s lost her husband. Down at the boathouse, Michael Corinthoscomforts Jordan through it all, and when she asks whether knowing about Brook Lynn factored into him backing Curtis and naming her temporary CEO, Michael insists it’s simply because Curtis is his friend and he trusts her business sense, a loyalty that’s been tested plenty lately.

Scout Cain and Rocco Falconeri Share a Kiss While Drew Cain Loses His Mind

Drew Cain tracks Scout Cain‘s phone to Sonny Corinthos‘s house and loses it when he finds Alexis Davis there too, assuming his daughter snuck off to see her and Danny Morgan, and vowing they’ll never see Scout again. Alexis refuses to play nice any longer, telling Drew he has no one to blame but himself for Scout going behind his back, while Drew swears there will be legal consequences for whoever she was really with. Once he’s gone, a defeated Alexis tells Sonny she’ll simply start seeing Scout in secret, and Sonny offers to help her do it.

The truth is Scout was in a car with Rocco Falconeri, sharing their first kiss and finally admitting feelings they’d both been too scared to name. A frantic search for their missing dog Outback gets interrupted by a call from Sonny warning that Drew is hunting for Scout and threatening to call the police, so Rocco rushes her home instead of walking her to the door. Back at the house, Ava Jerome never gets the chance to tell Drew about her tick bite because he’s too busy raging that Scout is missing and probably hiding out at the Quartermaines’. When Scout finally walks in and Drew demands to know if she was with Danny, she lies and says yes to keep Rocco out of it.
