General Hospital spoilers September 24, 2026 arrive with the town’s wildest teenager grounded and its most dangerous man untouched. Charlotte Cassadine pitched her plan to Danny Morgan at the Quartermaine stables on September 16: catch Drew Cain in a compromising position with someone inappropriate, meaning her, and hold the footage over Drew until he let Danny see Scout Cain. Danny begged her not to. She did it anyway.
On September 18 she lifted Drew’s keys from the Metro Court valet stand, propped her phone against a wall, and crouched inside his SUV. Danny called Aurora, learned Drew was in a meeting, and ran.
The doors opened on September 21, and it was Scout, not Drew, staring at her. Rocco Falconeri took his sister’s phone and told Carly Spencer the truth when Charlotte called it a mud prank. Carly warned her about a grand theft auto charge, then called Valentin anyway. Anyone following the General Hospital coverage at Daytime Soap Stop knows that call was the real ending.

Valentin Asked the One Question That Matters
On September 22, Valentin Cassadine raised his voice at his daughter for the first time. What would she have done if Drew had climbed into that car? Charlotte promised to do better next time. Valentin said there would be no next time, took her phone, and banned Danny with a line that will follow these two for months: “You two feed off each other’s worst impulses.”
Then came the knife. Charlotte said she would just see Danny at school. Valentin answered, “Not anymore.” Reading between the lines, that is a father shopping for a new school, and Lulu is scheduled to be stunned Friday. Do not be surprised if those are the same event.
Carly recruited Molly Lansing-Davis to keep Scout quiet, since Molly feared Drew would isolate Scout more than ever. Scout agreed, then told Rocco the sneaking made her feel she had “sunk to her level.” Danny, caught by Tracy Quartermaine trying to take her classic car, confessed to Jason Morgan by text. Everyone in this story is protecting someone. Nobody is protecting Charlotte Cassadine.
Why did Charlotte set a trap for Drew on General Hospital?
Charlotte set the trap because Drew had already made Danny the villain of every story Scout tells. Scout snuck out on her own on Labor Day to meet Rocco at the boathouse, then let Drew believe she had been with Danny. Drew tracked her phone to Sonny’s couch, accused Sonny of kidnapping, and promised “legal consequences.” Charlotte knew that bill would land on Danny, because on August 10 Drew banned him from Scout and called him “not a safe person to be around.”
Here is what nobody in Port Charles says out loud. Charlotte Cassadine is the only character on this canvas actively working against Drew, and she is doing it blind. She has no idea he wheeled Jack Brennan‘s body out of the Metro Court with Ava Jerome, buried it on the nature preserve, or planted Brennan’s wallet in Nina Reeves‘s car. Nina sits in Steinmauer, and Willow’s war with Drew is next. The teenager everyone is grounding has the one correct instinct about Drew that the adults ignore.
Thursday, September 24: Ava Torches Sonny While Drew Faces Michael
Thursday’s scheduled episode hands the fireworks to the adults. Ava confronts Sonny Corinthos over Avery, one day after blasting him for pulling their daughter out of school. Drew has already warned Ava she loses Avery if she helps Nina, so she is fighting Sonny with Drew’s hand on her shoulder.
Michael Corinthos and Drew put their cards on the table, and my gut says the card they share has Willow’s face on it. Tracy reveals what she is up to, while Willow Cain advises Harrison Chase to move back into the Quartermaine house. Jordan Ashford is in for a shock and Justine gets a wake-up call, likely fallout from the alley kiss Jordan saw Tuesday. Alexis Davis meets someone who might bring her new business.
None of it touches Charlotte, and that silence is the tell. If I know these writers, Charlotte Cassadine stays quiet exactly as long as it takes Drew to learn what happened in his car. Then the bill goes to Danny, just like she predicted.

Valentin Grounded the Only Person Telling the Truth About Drew
Start with the method. A teenager alone in a grown man’s car with a camera is a disaster waiting for a door to open, and Valentin was right to ask about the wrong door. Carly was right about the car theft, and Danny was right to refuse. Charlotte earned every consequence.
She also aimed at the one man in Port Charles who deserves it, and nobody else did.
