WILL SPENCER FINALLY ANSWERS DYLAN, TWO DAYS AFTER RIDGE THREW HER OUT

TL;DR: Spoilers say Will Spencer declares his love for Dylan on Wednesday, October 14. She said it first in March and again in September and never heard it back. On Monday Ridge fired her, and the Spencer name was the charge.

Will Spencer Says It on Wednesday, Seven Months After Dylan Did

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Will and Dylan come down to one scene on Wednesday, October 14. The network line says Will Spencer expresses his true feelings for Melissa “Miss” Dylan, and the spoiler chatter says those feelings have a name. Love. No more hedging.

The timing is brutal. Two days earlier, on Monday, Ridge Forrester looked Dylan in the eye and fired her. “Pack your stuff. You’re fired.” Electra Forrester grinned, and Zende Forrester Dominguez fumed.

So Will finally finds his voice in the same week Dylan loses her desk. Whether that makes him her shield or her biggest liability is the question hanging over this week’s Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, and the answer is already sitting in the firing scene.

Dylan Said “I Love You” in March and Got a Nervous Kiss

Here is the history that makes Wednesday sting. On March 24 Dylan told Will, “I love you.” He kissed her and looked like a man who wanted to be anywhere else. On April 14 she moved out of his garage apartment to stand on her own: “I have an opportunity to prove myself at Forrester.”

She said it again on September 7, after a make-out session at the beach house, and the scene ended without an answer. The very next day Will was at Electra’s door begging for another chance, asking if they could at least be friends and insisting he knew she still loved him. On September 10 Electra took that straight to Dylan: “But he doesn’t love you.”

On October 5 she told Electra, “I was there because you weren’t and because I love him. I didn’t walk out and I never will.” No scene has ever shown Will saying it back. That is what Wednesday is: seven months of her words into his silence, finally answered.

Does Will Tell Dylan He Loves Her on Bold and the Beautiful?

Spoilers say yes, in everything but the exact quote: the official line is that Will Spencer expresses his true feelings for Dylan, and the buzz says the word is love. Now look at why she was fired, because the Spencer name runs through every line of it. On Monday RJ Forrester guessed Dylan was only trying to help her boyfriend. Ridge’s answer: “Or his mother.”

Electra told Dylan she “slithered her way into Will’s life” and that her loyalty belongs to Logan. Zende shot back, “Keep your love life out of this,” and Ridge still called it a betrayal of the family who gave her a place to land. Eric Forrester had already told Dylan on October 8 that the Forresters don’t approve of her and Will. Dating a Spencer was the crime, so a Spencer saying he loves her cannot be the pardon. It only makes Electra’s case for her.

That is why Tuesday matters more than Wednesday for her paycheck. Spoilers say Zende gives Ridge an ultimatum and goes to bat for Dylan, and the preview has him asking, “What I say goes, right?” before he declares, “Dylan stays.” He already turned his own exit into Dylan’s lifeline once, and he is fighting to keep her on the Forrester side of the war while Will’s declaration pulls her the other way.

Shield or Target: The Declaration Pushes Dylan Toward Logan

Will has wanted Dylan at Logan since September 28, when he first said she should come work there. On October 7 he told his mother it was time to embrace Dylan into the family, the same Katie Logan Spencer who called her “not Spencer material” two weeks before and then sent her to recruit Zende as a loyalty test. Ever since Will blindsided Katie with her own Dylan deal, that bill has been waiting to come due.

Now Dylan has no Forrester job to protect, and Will Spencer is about to say the one thing that makes her a Spencer problem for good. Don’t be surprised if Thursday’s line, Bill Spencer beginning to worry about Katie, grows straight out of Wednesday. The chatter goes further and says Will pushes Katie to hire Dylan and asks her to move in later this month. That part is buzz.

Reading between the lines, the declaration does not shield her at all. It settles which side she is on. Electra wanted her out of Forrester, and a Spencer’s love is the last word in that argument.

Every day of the Forrester and Logan war is laid out in the full two-week Bold and the Beautiful preview.

Will Says It Too Late to Save Her Job and Just in Time to Claim Her

We are not handing Will a medal. He hedged for seven months, begged his ex in September and let Dylan carry the relationship alone. Saying it now, when she has just been thrown out of the building for loving him, is the least he owes her.

Our bet: Zende wins Tuesday, Dylan gets her desk back, and Wednesday still changes her life more than any ultimatum. Once a Spencer says those words, Forrester will never see her as anything but the enemy’s girl. Hero or straggler? Pick a side on our Facebook page.
