Daphne Rose Is Paris-Bound After Carter Walton Fumbled the Bag on Thursday’s B&B
Daphne Rose attempts to let Carter Walton down on Thursday’s B&B! He couldn’t clarify his feelings so she’s heading back to Paris. Ouch!
DAPHNE ROSE IS READY TO SAY GOODBYE TO CARTER WALTON ON THURSDAY’S B&B
TL;DR: Daphne Rose attempts to let Carter Walton down on Thursday’s Bold and the Beautiful because this man couldn’t clarify his feelings! The guy who proposes to everyone suddenly got commitment shy?! Plus, Deacon makes an admission to Deke, and Steffy confronts Taylor about what she witnessed!
Carter Walton Finally Found a Woman Worth Keeping and He’s About to Lose Her
The IRONY of this situation is not lost on us, Bold and the Beautiful fans. Carter Walton, the man who has proposed to approximately 47 women in the last five years, suddenly couldn’t “clarify his feelings” for Daphne Rose at Christmas? And now she’s about to let him down and head back to Paris? CARTER. BUDDY. YOU HAD ONE JOB.
On Thursday, Daphne Rose attempts to let Carter down, and honestly? We get it. This woman told Steffy she thought Carter would make things clear at Christmas and he just… didn’t. She’s been waiting for him to show her she’s not just a rebound from his failed Hope situation, and instead of stepping up, Carter left her hanging. Now she’s packing her bags for Paris, and Carter is about to realize what he’s losing.

The Man Who Proposes to Everyone Got Scared?!
We need to talk about the absolute absurdity of this situation. Carter Walton has been down on one knee more times than most people have been to the grocery store. Zoe? Ring. Paris? Ring. Quinn? Basically a ring. Hope? Ring was READY. This man treats proposals like casual conversation starters.
But Daphne Rose? The gorgeous, intelligent perfumer who has been nothing but wonderful to him? Suddenly Carter doesn’t know how to clarify his feelings? Suddenly he’s taking things slow? Suddenly he’s gun-shy about commitment? WHERE WAS THIS ENERGY WITH LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE?!
Daphne Rose told Steffy she doesn’t want to be a rebound. She watched Carter pursue Hope with everything he had, and now she’s supposed to believe she’s special when he can’t even tell her how he feels at Christmas? Girl is TIRED. She’s missing her family in Paris, and Carter gave her no reason to stay. This is what happens when you fumble the bag, Carter!
Is This Really Goodbye?
Here’s the thing: Friday’s spoilers say “Daphne and Carter talk through their relationship” and “a possibility of a kiss lingers.” So Thursday might be Daphne ATTEMPTING to let Carter down, only for him to finally wake up and fight for her.
Lawrence Saint-Victor and Murielle Hilaire have genuine chemistry, and watching Carter potentially grovel to keep Daphne from leaving could be exactly the content we need. The man needs to HUMBLE himself. He needs to explain why he choked at Christmas. He needs to make Daphne believe she’s not just the next name on his list of almost-wives.
Will Daphne actually leave for Paris? Or will Carter finally find the words he should have said weeks ago? Thursday is going to be emotional either way.
Deacon Makes an Admission to Deke
In father-son news, Deacon Sharpe makes an admission to Deke on Thursday. These two have been building their relationship, with Deke now working at Il Giardino after getting fired from Forrester. What kind of admission is Deacon making?
Is he confessing something about Sheila? Sharing fears about his marriage? Opening up about his feelings for Taylor? Whatever Deacon admits, it’s clearly something important enough to warrant a spoiler. Sean Kanan and Harrison Cone have been great together, and this father-son moment should be touching.
Steffy Confronts Taylor About What She Witnessed
And finally, the moment we’ve been dreading: Steffy Forrester confronts Taylor Hayes about what she witnessed on Thursday. Given that Tuesday’s spoilers had Deacon visiting Taylor’s office and the two of them having VERY charged conversations, Steffy probably saw something she wasn’t supposed to see.
Taylor has feelings for Deacon. Deacon seems to be reciprocating. And Steffy is about to have WORDS about her mother catching feelings for Sheila Carter’s husband. This confrontation is going to be INTENSE, especially with Sheila already threatening to kill Taylor if she makes a move on Deacon. Steffy is probably terrified for her mom’s safety AND furious about her choices.
