Celebrity Cameos at Il Giardino: James Corden and Lil Nas X to Guest Star on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL on April 19th
Il Giardino is set to welcome two famous faces, as James Corden and Lil Nas X gear up for their guest appearance on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL. The highly anticipated episode is scheduled for Wednesday, April 19th.
The collaboration began during an episode of Carpool Karaoke, where Corden and the rapper sang Lil Nas X’s hits before discussing the musician’s acting aspirations. Upon learning that Montero (Lil Nas X’s real name) hadn’t yet tried his hand at acting, Corden offered his assistance and inquired if he had seen THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL.
Montero confessed he was familiar with B&B, prompting Corden to jokingly advise him to claim he had seen it, as he was about to make his debut on the show! The duo then made their way to the CBS studio, where they found B&B stars Sean Kanan (Deacon) and Annika Noelle (Hope) receiving guidance from director Cynthia Popp.
The scene had its challenges as the actors struggled to contain their laughter! Popp assigned Montero the role of a waiter and provided him with a script, while Corden was informed he would be a background busboy with no lines. The pair then donned their costumes and explored the B&B sets, including a prison, before preparing for their scene. As Popp directed Montero and Corden, the two learned about the convoluted storyline involving Deacon, Sheila, and Bill, which they found amusing.
