Marc Forget has officially exited General Hospital as Pascal, the loyal underling and butler of Jenz Sidwell. According to an exclusive report from Soap Opera Digest, the character’s departure aired in dramatic fashion in the June 4 episode, closing out nearly a year of Port Charles chaos. A GH rep also confirmed to Digest that this is the last viewers will see of Pascal for now, but in the world of Port Charles, comebacks are always possible.

Pascal made his Port Charles debut back in July 2025, when Forget was introduced as a foil for Britt Westbourne at the Five Poppies. From the moment he held Britt captive at the Five Poppies and strapped a bomb to her ankle, it was clear this was not going to be a quiet recurring run. Pascal then traveled to Port Charles, where he publicly assumed duties as Sidwell’s butler while privately continuing to assist Sidwell and WSB director Ross Cullum with a long list of illegal activities, all while forcing Britt to finish work on Faison’s final project.

Pascal’s Trail of Port Charles Chaos

Britt was not the only victim of Pascal’s loyalty. When Anna Devane was being held hostage at Wyndemere, Pascal helped psychologically torture her into believing that Faison was still alive. And after Sidwell fatally shot Henry Dalton, it was the ever-loyal Pascal who helped clean up the crime scene and dispose of the body, planting it in the trunk of Laura Collins‘s car so Sidwell could blackmail her and Sonny Corinthos into staying in line.

During his time at Wyndemere, Pascal also nursed some very intense feelings for Sidwell’s son, Marco Rios, which caused him to jealously lash out at Marco’s live-in lover, Lucas Jones. When Cullum brutally murdered Marco, Pascal was overwhelmed with grief and guilt, since he played a role in Cullum finding out that Marco and Lucas were conspiring against Sidwell. That grief became the crack in his loyalty.

How Pascal’s Exit Actually Went Down

Pascal’s exit was set in motion when Britt informed Sonny that the butler had helped cover up Dalton’s murder. Sonny shared the news with Laura, and they enlisted Lucas to help them put some pressure on Sidwell’s manservant in hopes of getting him to flip on his boss. After Lucas pointed the police in Pascal’s direction by putting on a show of believing that the butler was Marco’s killer, Pascal feared that Sidwell would retaliate by killing him, so he made a run for it. But Sonny intercepted him before he could get too far.

On the character’s final episode, Sonny noted that Sidwell would stop at nothing to avenge his son’s death and offered to help Pascal flee the country, but only if he turned on his boss. Terrified that Sidwell would kill him on sight if he tried to retrieve the incriminating photos of Sonny and Laura from Wyndemere, Pascal instead gave the combination to the safe to Lucas so he could collect the blackmail fodder himself. Sonny then had one of his men drag Pascal off to the airfield to fly away to parts unknown.

Marc Forget Made Pascal Impossible to Ignore

Marc Forget brought nearly a year of layered villain energy to Pascal, building one of the most fascinating supporting players Sidwell had in his orbit. The loyalty, the unrequited love for Marco, the moments of moral conflict, and the eventual snap when Marco’s death broke him open all gave Pascal real complexity for a butler-coded villain. Forget’s portrayal made the character feel inevitable in scenes that could have read as one-note in a lesser performance.

The Door Is Officially Cracked Open

The good news for fans is that Pascal’s exit door is officially cracked open. The departure was dramatic, but Pascal is alive somewhere, and Sidwell’s revenge instinct means a return visit could land in any number of future storylines. Whether Marc Forget circles back as Pascal in a few months, a year, or longer, Port Charles has not closed the book on the butler. Welcome to the next chapter, Marc Forget.
