Diane has been in Dr. McCreepy’s house long enough to shower, receive multiple outfits, attend what appears to be an ongoing therapy arrangement, and now begin the active phase of whatever she is running. Jack is still in the planning stages.

Diane did not survive faking her own death and everything that came after by waiting for someone else to get around to saving her. She is not waiting now. She is working. And the fans who are McPuking at their screens are watching the setup without seeing the play.

Trust Diane Jenkins to Handle It

This is the thing about Diane that The Young and the Restless keeps forgetting and then remembering at exactly the right moment. She is not a victim. She has never been a victim.
