The Bold and the Beautiful
Well, Hello Mother! B&B’s Sheila Carter Crashes Finn’s Romantic Trip to Monaco
Bold and the Beautiful’s Sheila Carter secretly booked a seat on Finn’s flight to Monaco, and he didn’t find out until they were airborne.
SHEILA CARTER HAS BEEN PLOTTING HER MOVE SINCE FINN LEFT THE HOSPITAL
Finn boarded a flight to reunite with Steffy Forrester in Monaco, but he wasn’t traveling alone. Sheila Carter secretly booked her way onto that plane, and by the time he noticed, it was already too late to kick her off.
Finn Boards A Flight Home To His Wife
Finn calls Steffy from the hospital corridor to apologize for missing her fight to get herself back into an operating room, promising he’ll grab the next flight out the second he’s free, even if it means running through the terminal in his scrubs. When Li Finnegan steps in and offers to book his ticket before he even asks, he mentions their son is safely with Taylor and heads off to check on one last patient before he can leave the building behind.
By the time he’s back in his mother’s office, Li isn’t taking no for an answer. She reminds him what Monaco did for his marriage the first time around and tells him to get out of that hospital and go be present for his wife, no excuses, no detours, no last-minute page from a patient who can wait one more day. He doesn’t need convincing. He’s already dreaming about the water, the church, the woman waiting on the other side of an ocean, counting down the hours until he lands in her arms.

The Woman Who Already Checked His Flight
While Finn packs, Sheila Carter shows up at the hospital with coffee and a plea, begging Li to talk to her son one more time. Li reminds her they’ve both had this conversation more times than either wants to count and tells her flatly to let it go. Sheila can’t. She never can, not when there’s still one more angle left to try, one more version of the story where she comes out forgiven.
The second Li steps away to handle a trauma call, Sheila Carter pulls up Finn’s flight information and studies it like a woman memorizing a battle plan before a war she’s already decided to win. She smiles to herself, slow and satisfied, and that smile alone should have every alarm bell in Monaco going off before the plane ever leaves the runway, long before Finn even boards.
Even Taylor Isn’t Buying The Soft Act
Across town, Deacon Sharpe and Taylor Hayes are tangled up together at the cliff house, kids at camp, door theoretically locked against exactly one person. They joke about double-bolting it to keep Sheila out, then stop joking almost immediately, because they both know full well that she doesn’t need an invitation to show up anywhere she’s decided she belongs.
Taylor admits she’s glimpsed a softer version of Sheila before, one Steffy has never once been shown and probably never will be, but that admission comes with a warning built right into it, spoken almost like a confession. Whatever Sheila wants out of Monaco, it isn’t going to arrive quietly, and it certainly isn’t going to ask permission first from anyone standing in her way, least of all a daughter-in-law an ocean away.
Fancy Seeing You Here
Somewhere over the Atlantic, Finn finally closes his eyes, ready to sleep his way to Steffy and the church where their whole story restarted years ago. He turns his head and finds Sheila Carter already parked in the seat beside him, coffee-run smile firmly back in place like she never left the hospital hallway at all. “Fancy seeing you here,” she coos, like she boarded by accident and not by careful, deliberate design she’s been perfecting all day.
He orders her off a plane already thousands of feet in the air, which tells you everything you need to know about how well he saw this coming. Sheila Carter promises this will be fun, and somewhere in Monaco, a woman with zero tolerance left for her mother-in-law has no idea her honeymoon redo picked up an extra, uninvited passenger, one who has absolutely no intention of turning back, no matter how many times he asks.
Think Finn should’ve seen this coming, or is Sheila playing a longer game than anyone realizes? Head to the comments and tell us your take.
One Flight Down, One Marriage Still Standing (For Now)
Steffy told Finn flat-out that she has zero tolerance left for his mother, and now that mother is airborne, uninvited, and closer to Monaco than Steffy is to knowing it’s already happening. Our read: this isn’t a woman chasing a conversation, it’s a woman chasing a foothold, and the second that plane lands, the fight over who gets a seat at Finn and Steffy’s table restarts from the top. Head over to our Facebook page and tell us whether Monaco survives Sheila Carter’s arrival, or whether she’s about to wreck the one place Finn and Steffy have left that’s still theirs.
