Billy Abbott Finds the Receipts That Could Hand Chancellor to His Family
Billy Abbott storms into the Chancellor Park Café with news that stops Jack Abbott and Kyle Abbott cold. He does not stop digging until he finds it: buried proof that John Abbott secretly bankrolls Chancellor when the company nearly collapses.
This is not some old favor between friends. Billy has the paperwork in hand, and it spells out a real business deal with real teeth. Chancellor gets twenty years to pay off the debt, and if the money never comes, ownership passes straight to John Abbott and his heirs.

Nick Newman Faces the Woman He Saved
At the clinic, Nick Newman tells the group he has failed again and feels like it might already be too late for him. What is supposed to be one good night with his son turns into a relapse, a dealer, and a dumpy motel room.
He recaps the terrifying dream that scares him straight, followed by getting high again and meeting the woman next door. That is when Marie Kirkland walks in and tells him, “It sounds like you saved her life.” The two trade dark jokes about the night that nearly costs her everything, and she thanks him for saving her, even if she is not thrilled to wake up.
Sharon Newman Breaks the News to the Family
At Y&R‘s Crimson Lights, Sharon Newman hugs Mariah Copeland and tells her Nick is back in rehab, filling her daughter in on how dark things get with Marie next door. At the ranch, Victor Newman and Nikki Newman return from Venice to learn Sharon finds Nick at a motel and brings him back for treatment.
Nikki knows exactly what that means, since nobody checks into a motel room to do anything good, and Victor blames himself for the entire mess. Sharon warns them that addiction rewires the brain, which is exactly why this fight will be so hard for Nick to win, and Nikki cannot decide if she can handle watching her son suffer through this again.
