NO MORE EXCUSES! GH’s Brook Lynn Quartermaine Begs Trina Robinson For Forgiveness…And A Contract Might Not Survive It
Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s apology tour on GH hits its hardest stop yet, and Trina Robinson is under no obligation to forgive her at all.
TRINA ROBINSON HOLDS ALL THE CARDS, AND SHE KNOWS IT
Brook Lynn Quartermaine showed up at Trina Robinson’s door ready to say sorry, but on General Hospital, an apology might not be enough to save a friendship, a contract, or a marriage that’s already quietly falling apart behind her back.
The Apology Tour Begins
Diane wasn’t available, so Alexis stepped in to represent Brook Lynn Quartermaine over her role in the Ashford crash, and the news was better than expected. Not reporting the near-miss wasn’t a crime, and the only real offense was hitting a guardrail and not reporting the damage, which meant a fine instead of jail time. Justine still made sure Brook Lynn understood the difference between legal liability and moral responsibility. Speaking as Jordan’s friend rather than the acting D.A., Justine acknowledged Brook Lynn hadn’t caused the crash or thrown the punch that landed Curtis in a cell, but told her plainly that she’d have to live with knowing all of it traced back to her silence.
That distinction was enough to send Brook Lynn on an apology tour, over Tracy’s objections. Tracy Quartermainebegged her not to make things worse, while Ned Quartermaine encouraged his daughter to do it anyway, insisting she owed people the truth face to face. The second Brook Lynn was out of earshot, Tracy told Alexis she wanted Miller & Davis to handle Brook Lynn’s divorce, which means Tracy is already planning for the marriage to end while her granddaughter is still out trying to save it.

The Marriage She’s Trying To Save
Chase spent the night away from home at the Metro Court, and he told Dante he missed baby Phoebe without saying a word about missing his wife. He admitted he still didn’t know how he could face Brook Lynn Quartermaine after everything came out, even after he’d already stunned the officers at the station by closing the Ashford case the second he learned the truth. Ned showed up at the PCPD not long after and told Chase flatly that he needed to come with him to save his marriage, whether Chase felt ready for that conversation or not.
Knock, Knock
Across town, Gio Palmieri paid Trina a visit and got a preview of exactly how raw this still is on General Hospital. Trina admitted she wasn’t sure how to move past the way Brook Lynn’s silence tore her family apart, and Gio asked outright if she’d end up holding his mother’s actions against him too. Neither of them brought up the fact that Brook Lynn also happens to be the woman managing their record deal with Simon’s label, the same deal Trina and Gio could have walked away from months ago using their 90-day out clause, back when Simon first tried forcing them into a fake on-screen romance for the marketing plan.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine didn’t wait for an invitation. Still reeling from everything Justine and Tracy had thrown at her, she went straight to Trina’s apartment and knocked, walking in on a conversation about herself that Trina had barely finished having.
Some Wounds Don’t Heal With An Apology
Whatever Brook Lynn Quartermaine says on the other side of that door, an apology doesn’t erase months of silence or undo a contract Trina and Gio can still walk away from whenever they choose. It’s almost funny, in the darkest way, that Trina has spent this entire stretch being watched and photographed by someone neither she nor Brook Lynn knows is out there, while the two of them tear into each other over a secret that, bad as it was, was never actually a threat to Trina’s life. If Trina ever finds out how long that stalker has been circling her without anyone noticing, tonight’s fight over a car accident is going to look small by comparison.
Sound off in the comments: does Trina forgive Brook Lynn, cut professional ties, or both?
Where This Leaves Everyone
Brook Lynn’s apology tour hit its hardest stop yet, and there’s no guarantee Trina lets her all the way through that door. Somewhere in the background, the person who’s been quietly stalking Trina all summer is still watching, and nobody in this fight has any idea.
Tell us on our Facebook page if you think Trina should give Brook Lynn a second chance, or if this friendship and this contract are both done for good.

Trina seems to have forgotten the secret she/Kai kept regarding Drew’s shooting, but I guess that was okay as it didn’t involve her family. Sure other events occurred that BL not coming forth caused, but Trina/Kai not coming forth also caused Drew unnecessary drama. Before one raises he– at someone for something that affected their family they should think about how there silence affected Drew. Pot calling the kettle black.
