Ted Richardson does his best to reassure Kat Richardson, and the Richardson-Smiths receive devastating news that hits them at the worst possible moment.
The tornado has displaced Bill Hamilton and Hayley Lawson, and the two of them are now under the same roof in circumstances that nobody planned and everybody is going to have opinions about.

Dani Dupree confronts Bill Hamilton, and after everything that happened in that elevator and everything she has been carrying since, this is the conversation that cannot be avoided any longer.
Chelsea Hamilton becomes a sounding board for someone who desperately needs to unload, and Carlton tips Nicole Dupree Richardson off to something urgent enough that everything else stops. Andre Richardson steps up for Izaiah in exactly the way a steady hand does when someone else is coming apart.
