DAYTIME COMINGS AND GOINGS BRING BACK A VILLAINESS, A PATRIARCH, AND A HEARTBREAKING EXIT

TL;DR: This week’s Comings and Goings run the full emotional gamut. Bold and the Beautiful welcomes Dylan’s mother to town, Young and the Restless drags a notorious villainess back into the light, Days of Our Lives brings a patriarch home while saying a heartbreaking goodbye, General Hospital reunites two familiar faces, and Beyond the Gates stacks its comings sky-high.

Bold and the Beautiful Comings & Goings Welcome Dylan’s Mother to Town

Kelly Sullivan debuts as Darcy Dylan on Thursday, August 27, arriving in town as Dylan’s mother. Sullivan isn’t new to the genre; soap fans will remember her from a run as Kate Howard/Connie Falconeri on General Hospital before she landed a Y&R contract a few years later as Sage Warner.

Christopher “Sincere” Cato also returns as Alex on Monday, August 24.

He’s not traveling alone. Jack’s grandchildren return in recast form on Tuesday, August 25: Cole Gersmeyer steps into Thomas DiMera, and Pippa Blaylock takes over Charlotte DiMera. Alexander Elijah Bond and Autumn Gendron held those roles before this week’s switch.

Richard Wharton resurfaces as Dr. Wilhelm Rolf on Monday, August 24.

Judi Evans pops in as Bonnie Lockhart on Thursday, August 27.

Sydney Malakeh has also joined the cast in an undisclosed role, with her debut set for September 9.

On the exit front, Peter Porte has wrapped his run as Dimitri Von Leuschner, last airing August 19.

Nikki Crawford has also wrapped her run, saying goodbye as Lexie Carver, who died in the August 21 episode. Crawford marked the exit on Instagram, calling it “a beautiful ride” and thanking the role for all it gave her.

General Hospital Comings & Goings Bring Back Two Familiar Faces

Kathleen Gati is also back onscreen as Liesl Obrecht.
