Hayley Hamilton is Addicted to Attention
CLEARLY… Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) is addicted to attention. Her parents didn’t raise her, so that’s a great place to start, but then she ended up in Dupree Land with then Dani & Bill Hamilton (Karla Mosley & Timon Kyle Durret). Dani & Bill took Hayley in as their own, only Bill took Hayley too far, divorcing Dani & replacing her with Hayley. Dani & Bill’s daughters Naomi & Chelsea (Arielle Prepetit & Rhonni Rose Mantilla) have replaced their friendship with Hayley with disdain for their new step-monster.
Hayley had it all except for being raised by her bio-family, & in some ways more… At least more than the average girl in America, but that wasn’t enough for Miss Hayley. She had to double down on her best friend’s dad, Bill Hamilton. Well, this all is not going as planned. Hayley assumed that the respect & notoriety that her new hubby Bill has would be transferable to her. Not-so-much, Miss Hayley, & she’s learning the hard way… & now she’s “pregnant.”
Nobody Likes Me, Everyone Hates Me, Guess I’ll Fake It
No one likes Hayley in Fairmont Crest except Bill Hamilton & her co-worker Caroline Lee (Ellie Wang) at Bill’s firm, but Caroline hasn’t been seen by Beyond the Gates fans in weeks. Ergo, even less attention for the attention addicted Hayley. Supposedly, she’s still a paralegal at Bill’s firm, but she never works. Bill Hamilton has a busy schedule & Hayley has just been left alone with his AmEx. Hayley needs more accordingly to Hayley & the first time she floated what she called the “human baby” plan, Bill took it well & claimed to be interested in making one.
Seriously, Billy & Hayley have only been married for a few months & she’s already supposedly missed a period to gift her more attention & now she’s all of a sudden pregnant again??…
Where was Hayley’s missed period this time? How many sticks has she peed on? Has she been in to see an OB to confirm this alleged pregnancy? No, none of the above. She has taken it upon herself to make everything about herself again & dropped this little blessing bomb at the club to Bill in front of everyone in sight & earshot. Something smells & it’s most likely Hayley’s period coming soon.
Hayley’s Endless AmEx Line of Credit & a Nanny
Hayley Hamilton doesn’t want to be a mother. She wants attention. Even if she is trying to fake this pregnancy for attention, she will continue sleeping with Bill & they could get pregnant. Then what will happen? Bill will increase her credit limit & will hire her a nanny. Hayley will still not work at the firm & will still be pining for more & more attention.
How long before someone new to Hayley moves into Fairmont Crest & they cross the line? Dani Dupree has a point. Hayley Hamilton could have a side piece. If she doesn’t already, it doesn’t mean it won’t happen later on. So, who will be the father of Hayley’s first human baby on Beyond the Gates?
