DAYS: Wedding Bells or Funeral Knells? Chad and Abigail’s Big Day Takes a Deadly Turn

The Wedding Drama Unfolds

Hold onto your hats, DAYS fans, because we’re in for one heck of a rollercoaster ride! The much-anticipated wedding of Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and “Abigail” (AnnaLynne McCord) is shaping up to be the event of the season – but not for the reasons you might think. Grab your popcorn, folks, because this is going to be one wedding you won’t forget!

First off, let’s talk about the prodigal son’s return. JJ Horton (Casey Moss) is back in Salem, and wouldn’t you know it, he’s officiating his “sister’s” wedding. Talk about awkward family reunions! But here’s the million-dollar question: Will JJ be able to spot what Jennifer (Cady McClain) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) couldn’t? These ladies looked into Faux Abby’s eyes and saw diddly-squat familiar. Come on, JJ, use those detective skills we know you’ve got!

Now, brace yourselves for the kicker. Just when you think things can’t get any more dramatic, in walks Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson). No, not the one from ER – although that might be less deadly! This Doc is on a mission from Clyde (James Read), and it ain’t to deliver a wedding toast. He’s there to make sure Chad doesn’t make it to the “I do’s.” Talk about a killer cliffhanger for Friday!

Fiona’s Secret Exposed

Remember Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas)? The hit-and-run queen who framed poor Brady (Eric Martsolf)? Well, her house of cards is finally tumbling down. Looks like Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), playing private eye, has cracked the case. I bet Fiona’s wishing she could down a martini right about now, but where she’s heading, the only thing on tap is justice!

Speaking of family drama, Xander’s about to have a not-so-friendly chat with mommy dearest. Now that everyone knows what Fiona did to Sarah, this mother-son duo is in for one heck of a showdown. Grab your umbrellas, folks, because there’s a storm brewing in the Cook family!

Family Feuds and Misunderstandings

Meanwhile, in the land of misunderstandings, Johnny (Carson Boatman) is about to accuse Chanel (Raven Bowens) of some lip-locking action with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) that never happened. Oh, Johnny boy, if only you knew! Viewers are screaming at their screens, but will he figure it out before he makes a colossal mistake?

Steve’s Master Plan

And let’s not forget about our resident super-sleuth, Steve (Stephen Nichols). He’s got a plan to expose Faux Abigail faster than you can say “Patch.” Could this be the key to saving Chad from both a fake wife and a real bullet?

Brotherly Love Saves the Day

Last but not least, let’s hear it for Eric! Brady’s giving him mad props for saving his bacon. After all, Eric went full-on superhero mode to prove Brady wasn’t responsible for Sarah’s hit-and-run. Now that’s what I call brotherly love!

Top 5 Takeaways

  1. JJ returns to officiate Chad and Faux Abigail’s wedding.
  2. Dr. Mark Greene attempts to kill Chad on Clyde’s orders.
