Monday December 22
The moment Days of Our Lives fans have been waiting for FINALLY arrives on Monday, December 22! The identity of the DiMera kidnapper is revealed, and fans believe it’s other than Peter Blake—Kristen’s biological brother and Stefano’s adoptive son!
Peter Blake (now played by Dan Gauthier) returned to Salem with a VENGEANCE! Is he the one who’s been kidnapping DiMera family members? WHY? What possible grudge could Peter be holding against his own family after being gone for DECADES?
Peter was last seen in Salem over twenty years ago, and his return is connected to some deep-seated resentment toward the DiMera clan.
Meanwhile on Monday, Paulina offers sympathy to Marlena. Marlena was DEVASTATED when Brady banned her from Rachel’s psychiatric care at Bayview after she kept the secret about Rachel shooting EJ. And now, Marlena blames herself for Rachel’s current mental health crisis.
Belle also advises Brady about his living situation and Rachel’s care, while Tate gives Holly the devastating news that he’s canceling their Paris trip. Tate has been put on academic probation, plus Brady asked him to help make Rachel’s Christmas special. Holly will be CRUSHED!

On Tuesday, the kidnapped DiMeras are TERRIFIED as Peter reveals a secret—possibly about why he’s holding this decades-long grudge or perhaps about the bones they unearthed (which many believe these are Stefano’s remains but Rachel Blake (Kristen’s mother) and Lexie Carver (Theo’s mother) have also been mentioned.
Gwen and Gabi commiserate about their respective situations. Gwen has been working for EJ on something unscrupulous, and now EJ is missing! She also erased the history on his phone. Will this decision come back to haunt her? Gabi has been enjoying her time with Philip but feels guilty about planting that listening device in his pen to help Tony get intel on the Kiriakis brothers.
Wednesday December 24
Christmas Eve on Days of Our Lives is anything BUT peaceful! Rafe and Jada search for the missing DiMeras, finally ready to break into the family crypt.
Meanwhile, the DiMera captives continue to fight for their freedom! They’re all desperate to escape before it’s too late. But something untoward happens to Theo, because spoilers show him in a hospital!
Julie postpones Christmas because so many people are missing or in crisis. But there’s GOOD news—Eli and Lani arrive in Salem! The return of these fan-favorites will bring some much-needed joy during this dark time!
Thursday December 25
Christmas Day delivers some sweet moments despite all the chaos! Marlena surprises Rachel at Bayview with a visit. Even though Brady initially banned Marlena, he knows Rachel needs her grandmother’s love!
Brady confronts Kristen about Rachel’s situation. These two will have a lot to discuss about their daughter’s mental health and the traumatic events that led to her Bayview admission.
Abe and Paulina worry about Theo, and Johnny shares a special moment with EJ. After believing EJ might be dead or the kidnapper himself, Johnny will be relieved to have his father back!
Sarah gives Chanel an update on her recent test results—probably about Chanel’s high-risk pregnancy, which she’s been keeping secret from Johnny!
Friday December 26
Brady and Sarah bond on Friday, and their connection is growing STRONGER! Spoilers indicate they may even share a mistletoe kiss, which will INFURIATE Xander!
Jeremy helps Julie prepare for the ornament-hanging party, which will finally happen!
Jack and Jennifer bring Thomas and Charlotte home. The kids have been staying with their grandparents during this terrifying time and now, they can finally reunite with their father!
There’s a lot happening in Salem this holiday week, much of it dark. Here’s hoping Santa will take time to deliver some much-need cheer along with the fear!
