Days of Our Lives spoilers have a brand new fan prediction, and it is bigger than a house. The chatter says Dominic Marino did not buy the Kiriakis mansion just to move in and admire the view. He wants Titan next, the company Victor built, and he wants it on behalf of Stefano DiMera.

Start with what is real. On August 6, EJ DiMera called in Titan’s loan, and the squeeze pushed Xander Kiriakis and Maggie Kiriakis into selling the family home. The buyer is Dominic, a man nobody in Salem has actually met. On Friday even Kate Roberts admitted that all she knows about him is that he is buying the mansion.

The Monte Carlo Scene That Put Titan in Play

Rewind to September 14. Philip Kiriakis sat down at Dante Vitali‘s high stakes table in Monte Carlo to win back his family’s future, and he won. Then he counted the money and told Gabi Hernandez it was not enough to save Titan.

After the game, Dante reported to a man wearing Stefano’s ring that everything had gone according to plan. He never even had to bust the cheater at the table, because Gabi did it for him. His sign off: “Well played, Dom.”

Read that one again. The pot was never going to be big enough to pay off Titan’s loan, and somebody wanted it that way. The show has not shown that man’s face or said for certain who he is. But here is the part nobody else has lined up: if the plan was only ever about a house, why make sure Titan stayed underwater too?

Is Dominic Marino Trying to Take Over Titan on Days of Our Lives?

Not on screen, not yet. As of September 25, 2026, no episode and no trusted spoiler says Dominic Marino wants Titan. The takeover is fan speculation, and so is the idea that he is working through Stefano’s final wishes. What the show has handed us is a mystery buyer, a card game rigged to leave the Kiriakis rescue short, and EJ standing in front of his father’s portrait on September 23 asking, “Father, what have you done?”

Titan is not out of the woods, either. Philip came home from Monte Carlo swearing the money is there, and he and Xander told Maggie they had enough to pay off the loan. She hated that it came from gambling, but she agreed to stay with the company. No payoff has happened on screen, and next week Kate questions Philip about his gambling on Wednesday before he comes clean with Maggie on Thursday.

Where Dante Vitali and Sami Brady Fit In

Fans love the version where Dante is helping Dominic destroy EJ. Here is the catch. The only scheme the show has actually shown Dante running landed on Philip, not on EJ. If Dante is a weapon, so far he has been pointed at the Kiriakis family.

Sami Brady is the one who should be nervous. On September 23 Belle Black learned that her sister’s fiance was Dominic’s roommate at boarding school, and Sydney DiMera said Dante had never mentioned it. Belle and Marlena Evans agreed that it was likely no coincidence. Some viewers have gone further and decided Dante might be Dominic himself, and there is plenty of Salem speculation on every side of that one.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Stefano’s Portrait Over the Kiriakis Fireplace

The most theatrical version of this prediction is pure Stefano. Picture Dominic Marino walking into Victor’s living room, taking down the old family portraits and hanging Stefano’s face over the Kiriakis fireplace. Nobody has hung anything yet. The sale was still in escrow at last word, and he has not moved in.

My gut tells me the writers are building a war on two fronts. Xander confronts EJ on Tuesday, Philip owes Maggie the truth by Thursday, and Friday’s birth certificate listing Stefano as the father has Salem wondering what Stefano left behind. If I know these writers, Dominic Marino is not collecting real estate. He is collecting everything Victor ever owned.
