Rolf Chose EJ Over Two Captives and That Tells You Everything

Dr. Rolf had a choice on Days of Our Lives. He found two bound and gagged hostages in a room inside his lab. Normal human beings call for help. Rolf put the gags back in their mouths and reported to his boss like a loyal soldier delivering a field update.

This is the same Rolf who handed EJ Stefano’s Phoenix ring and told him to continue the legacy. This is the man who has devoted his life to the DiMera family above ethics, above the law, above basic human decency. Stephanie and Jeremy begged for help. Rolf looked at them and decided the resurrection project mattered more.

EJ DiMera told Gwen earlier this week that they have OTHER SUBJECTS waiting and the work must continue. He told Paulina he would hate for Abe and Theo to discover she stopped a miracle. He complimented Johnny to keep him in the CEO chair. He has been playing chess with every person in Salem.

But EJ made the one mistake Stefano never would have made. He let someone ELSE manage the security. Owen Kentwas never under EJ’s control. Owen was a delusional stalker playing lab guard, and his obsession with Stephanie brought two witnesses directly into the operation. Now EJ has ordered their deaths, the police are closing in, and the ISA has the door code.

The man who thought he was building a resurrection empire just built his own prison. And Salem is about to watch every single wall come down.
